Ordered a bacon chicken ranch sub and got no ranch....it's legit in the name...then got pizza and it normally comes with there classic crust every other Dominos I've been to at least but this one nope then left detailed instructions to leave at my door to my apartment not the outside door of the building but guess where it ends up...outside legit everything they could get wrong they did 🙃

App literally never works for this location when I've used it fine to order from other locations. Ordered by phone, wouldn't honor the online coupon price. We ordered a large and then were delivered a medium and it was $26 (?!?!) Called back to try and fix their mistake and the manager offered no resolution and was borderline combative. Not going to order from here again.

I’m honestly shocked by the lack of professionalism at this Domino’s location. Since when did it become acceptable to ignore phone calls, and when they do finally answer, they hang up without a word? That’s completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I suggest others think twice until they hire staff who are mature enough to handle basic customer service. It’s frustrating when a simple order turns into a stressful experience because of how poorly things are being managed.

Domino's Pizza has improved a great deal from a few years ago it was a pleasant surprise
I was trying to order online and redeem my reward points they were sending me a code to enter in which I did and it kept telling me there was an error if they don't want to give you your points then they shouldn't even have this system asked for help and everybody Sarah said that they didn't know how to use the app I think that crew should be retrained. That was my final straw I will never order anything ever again from Domino's Pizza I will take my business elsewhere

My wife and I ordered two pizzas and an order of tots. That took 20 minutes from placing the order to it getting delivered. My wife’s pizza was made wrong, so we called back and asked for it to be remade and sent out again. For some reason, that took SIXTY minutes. I have no idea why that took so long, but that’s unacceptable, regardless of how busy it is. Do better next time.

Im allergic to mushrooms yet I told them over and over only pepper 🫑 and onion on my grinder but occurs it had mushrooms
