This used to be my favorite Dunks. Ever since the change over it has drastically gone downhill. Wrong orders drive thru closed all week only serving inside due to staff shortage. They were fully staffed prior to cumberland takeover. Which makes me think the management is not good here. Very unprofessional closing drive thru when people like the convenience of it instead of waiting outside. I can go a mile down the road to another dunkin and it's 30 cents cheaper with drive thru open. Ridiculous. Do better
What is up with this Dunkin?! Over the past few months, this Dunkin has progressively gotten worse.
The past few weeks, it has been even worse. Very long lines… take forever to answer when you’re at the window… THATS IF THE DRIVE THRU IS EVEN OPEN. First the Box was ‘broken’ last week. Now, the past 2 days in a row, they’ve put stuff in front of the drive thru to close it, and force people to go inside.
Also they clearly have that Dunkin barely staffed because they only have like 2/3 people working at a time basically.
Nice people, but you can tell they’re overworked, and stressed out.
Hire more people, or figure it out. Just go to Airport Road Dunkin I guess. It’s unnecessarily annoying just to get a coffee at this Dunkin.
After a few times of running late, or a weekend morning coffee run, and having this…. I’m good.

This place used to be great. Service was always on point. Friendly fast and consistent. They must’ve gone through a a management change because everyone is new there and now there are always lines, orders are missed, messed up or just forgotten altogether.
I literally switched to brewing my own coffee and have gone to another DND just to avoid this mess.

Irritable people terrible service I can't even give one star.
I just want to say I was really struggling this morning and the gentleman working the early Sunday morning shift turned my day around. He's always pleasant but today his kindness really mattered. Thanks buddy with the cool tats I'll be sending good vibes your way too!

I have used this Dunkin’ for almost two years now. I never had any issues with quality of food or service time. Something changed. I now get incorrect orders more times than not after sitting in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes. My drinks don’t come mixed well anymore. My loaded hashbrowns get made with whole pieces of bacon just put on top. Idk what happened, but it’s not the same anymore.

They're fantastic. I usually go in the morning, and the line can get long, but it moves fine. My order is always right, and the staff is excellent.

This Dunkin’ Donuts was the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life 10 minutes at least waiting for someone to take my order for one coffee one person working two in the back gabbing in a waste of time I’ll never go here again. It was horrible.

I frequent this place often, and the quality of the coffee is consistently excellent. However, I had a less than pleasant experience with the employee working at 6 am. The individual operating the speaker was quite rude, and I couldn't discern the reason behind her demeanor.
