How is it possible to burn a sandwich and the sausage still be frozen, I always give a 2$ tip minimum and this place is so inconsistent. I never complain anywhere it takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Yeah I’ll probably still come here because it’s close to my work but can someone in management do some quality control and show your sandwich maker how to make atleast something that is edible. I’m the least picky customer probably on the face of the earth even now I just put it in the microwave so it’s atleast warm in the middle. I figure if I tip well I’ll atleast get edible food

This place sucks . Waited too long to get my coffee . My coffee was just sitting there unmade and there was no line . But all the staff just sitting there chit chatting having a good time . This place sucks

This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. I’ve given them many chances because I live just up the street and Milikin BLVD always has a large line. This time I ordered a mobile order with multiple items in it. I asked for my loaded has downs with NO BACON and they put an entire handful of bacon and only a small squirt of cheese. Then I ordered a donut and munchkins and my boyfriend drove away without them so we backed up and told the worker. She said we don’t have either of those. So what I pay for it and you don’t tell me or ask if we want a replacement? They have never made a good coffee no matter how I order it. They are awful.

This has got to be the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever visited! I have given them so many chances because they are directly across the street from me but when I tell you that they NEVER EVER make a coffee, refresher or sandwich the correct way, I am not exaggerating! I mean it’s quite laughable at this point and I can only blame myself for continuing to waste money at this trashy place. The workers all sit out there smoking nasty cigarettes all day long then go inside and make drinks and food w/o even washing their hands! Ugh 🤮 I used to manage a Dunkin’ Donuts and these workers here put zero effort into making good quality products here! They need to be shut down! There’s always a line of people waiting for things to be remade on top of the regular line of people waiting g to place orders… just a mess!

If you are in a hurry in the morning this is NOT the Dunkin to go to. Out of ONLY convenience I go here sometimes and the wait times are 10+ minutes in line both inside and out. Nevermind giving me wrong food items or completely forgetting them on top of already being annoyed with wait time. Yes you should always check before you leave. But by that time I'm over it and not waiting longer for them to fix it.
