“I just moved to Massachusetts this is the closest Dunkin to my house and I have only been in the area 2 weeks I stop every morning on my way to work and I have to say absolutely excellent service everyone I have encountered with has been amazing I love how clean it always is also
The only thing I’d change is I’m not able to give the crew tips and I absolutely believe they deserve it. Other then that they deserve 50 stars“
“The staff was very efficient especially the one that serviced me. My order was done quickly and correctly. The employee that was excellent was named Andre. I don't know what his last name was but I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves.“
“I love this resturant! They are always clean, kind, and extremely fast. I went in at 1:11 pm. Left at 1:17. It would have been much faster but there was a problem with the car in front of me. Speed of service is a 10/10. Product quality 10/10. Customer service 10/10. If i’m in a rush and i’m on the south end this is the dunkin I will go to!“
“The employees are super friendly, always fresh coffee and if theirs ever a mistake they fix the problem! I feel like if more people complained to the store rather then google post, it would be a lot more productive and they could work on the issues at hand??♀️.“
“I go here everyday I only get coffee , on the weekends I get a dozen donuts for the kids. The staff is beautiful they're always nice . It's always a pleasure that's why I go there everyday . “I went to grab a sandwich and a matcha latte this morning. The person taking my order didn’t hear the “matcha” part and when I went to use the coupon for the latte, it declined. This was peak rush hour. The team worked together to fix the issue and not one of them took out their frustration on me. None of them were stressed out about the line building up. They just focused on fixing my issue. In the end, they made one of the best matcha lattes I’ve ever had. Shout out to this team. ?“
“I stopped by the other day in the afternoon with an odd request. I needed a ton of gift cards and I didn't know if that was possible. Nikki, Taylor and Thomas were very helpful and made quick work of 100 gift cards even go as far as to recommend and collate individual gift card receipts to make sure the recipients had proof of purchase in case there was a glitch. Those three were happy to be helpful and were courteous and organized through the process. In there future I will probably be doing the same periodically and I know where I will be getting them from.“
“Stopped by to get a frozen mocha coffee, with the chocolates swirled on the inside of the cup and also with whipped cream on top. I love rewarding myself with one of these every once in awhile. I had a wonderful young woman who made it for me, her name is Cammy and she does a wonderful job. She was very pleasant and friendly.“

The lady that made my coffee and waited on me and she really knows how to make a good coffee the way I like it. Amazing how they remember.I also enjoyed the donuts and my sons did too.
Kid-friendliness: I think we know kids and adults love donuts. Plenty to choose from and fresh.
Parking: You can drive through or park in the plaza. Plenty of space. Maybe not for an RV , but plenty of room for standard vehicles.“

“I come to this Dunkin' donuts once a twice A-day everyday, The staff is Very personable, especially Ashley the manager; And they always keep that line flowing as it should. I used to go to a different Dunkin' donuts over 3 years ago, I'll never go there again this is my home away from home.“
“Coffee are always made right but the parking lot is a disaster. It’s a tight space with a ton of traffic at times. The bathroom inside was atrocious (toilet paper lined the seat and urine everywhere) and one was “out of order”. Hope that was a one time incident“
“I am much happier now using the app to order my coffee - it's made correctly with only an occasional hiccup. Such a big difference. Staff here is pleasant. Inside is typically picked up and clean. Mobile orders come out quickly.
Wish the Rewards Program gave better rewards for all the money I spend here, i.e. more discounts on real coffee, more opportunities for an occasional free coffee instead of all the discounts on refreshers and cold brew and money off food.“
