Worst Dunkin in the city. The place was practically deserted yet I waited over 5 minutes at the drive thru before my order was taken. I ordered two items and the girl had to ask me to repeat my order twice. When I finally pulled up to pay, I waited yet another few minutes before someone came to the window. The two females working where moving like sloths and not very friendly. This location always seems to be lacking- this isn't my first bad experience here. I'll gladly go to another one with better service and friendlier workers!

This Dunkin is the worst one in Fall River. I always have problems getting my order right. They make you wait in the drive-through while they smoke out back. I sometimes wait in the drive-through for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for someone to serve me. Awful! Stay away.

Me and my friend went today may 6 at around 830, the person working was Shelly. She was on shift by herself and looked stressed and shaken up a bit. My friend ordered a coolata, and when Shelly was pouring the drink it looked dark, my friend got a vanilla bean coolata, but Shelly made a frozen coffee. That was not what was ordered, and when asked why she made a frozen coffee she answered that they don't do coolatas anymore, even though I could see everything she needed to make it. Overall not a good visit. The Dunkin was a mess on the inside as well. They either need to get more help, or hire someone who knows how to LISTEN to the customers!
