I went there recently for my coffee order. I ordered my coffee and then asked for a cup of water. The staff told me they had to charge me for the cup of water. Is it normal to charge for that? I’ve never experienced that anywhere else. It was a bummer for me. :(

Our go-to Dunkin'. We live in the Highlands, right next to another Dunkin', and we go down the seven hills just for this Dunkin'!

Years ago, this Dunkin' was in shambles—an absolute disaster. A young woman who used to work at the Dunkin' across from Rockland Trust became a manager and took over this Dunkin'.
