I went to this Dunkin yesterday morning and I was appalled on how the manger on duty treated the women in front of me. Iv worked for Dunkin as a manager for years and never in my life treated someone that way even when a coffee got thrown at me. They were so rude to this women and when it was my turn no good morning or what can I get for you. I got what do you want. It's whatever everyone has a bad day and I understand how stressful it can be at Dunkin from time to time, but as I'm in the middle of telling her my drink she just walks away while I'm trying to say my order and i just sat there for 30 seconds no knowledge meant at all. As I was going to just leave she came back and said that's what your having I sad nicely no I finally got to say my order just a refresher and it was still made wrong. It is what it is I took it and went on my day. I just felt so bad for the way the lady was treated and told the lady sorry she was treated that way and try to have a great day. First time ever going to this Dunkin and will be my last one.

I can honestly say I can come into Quarry Street Dunkin and the Girl that was at the food station was the best she made my food absolutely amazing i had to ask for her a name and she said Michelle i just want to thank you for amazon service and i been to many Dunkins Thank you Again i be back for more .

I’m basing my review off today’s experience. This is my regular dunkin I come here daily. I do mobile pick up orders. There are certain things you can’t put on the app so I needed to ask for the addition through the DT speaker. I got an attitude along with a cocky response. I was still polite with please’s & thank you’s. I pull up to the window and get handed my food & coffee. Not even a thank you or a word spoken to me. I look at my coffee, it’s basically layered. I still take it cause maybe it tastes fine. No. the most disgusting coffee I’ve ever tasted. So I back up (no one’s in line) and sit at the window she locks eyes with me and turns around & doesn’t even open the window !!! I would’ve gone in but I have an appointment. So now I’m out $6 and no coffee. This review isn’t for all of Quarry st Dunkin workers, I come here daily because they usually make great coffee and are so nice!! All the men, the blonde woman are super nice & professional. the woman with the braids is a phenomenal coffee maker and she’s got a great memory she knows what my “addition” is without having to ask her for it. But today, the brunette with glasses who I think is actually a manager. -10 rating. The older tall woman with glasses is no walk in the park either.

I'm a Dunkin connoisseur and this spot was great. The man at the drive thru was awesome I did have to return to give them a tip.. forgot to bring cash since everything is on the phone duh

Dunkin on Hartwell steet is awful. Manager is on the mic, gets two orders wrong in a row. Then has a major attitude when I go back for the coffee I ordered. “I put the caramel swirl on the screen” actually the screen had the order from the person in front of us that I watched hand back there stuff!! Not to mentionn she cut us off between every item (3) with “is that it?” With attitude. So sorry to inconvenience you with doing your job. Not rocket science to make a coffee, even easier to be respectful when you make a mistake. I’d recommend staying away and going to literally any other Dunkin because even if they mess up the manager is just going to blame you.
The worst Dunkin Donuts in the city. Horrible customer service. I waited over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged as a customer but never got the chance to order anything. You get much better service going through the drive thru rather than walking in its pathetic!
