How hard is it to make a medium hot black coffee? Literally, watched customers come in after me a get food, and drinks that take several steps to make. Yet, I couldn't get.a simple black coffee. The level of incompetence at that place is disgusting. You would think when a customer is getting irate that someone would find out what's causing their unpleasant behavior....nope, the employees walked around like mindless robots. So, I spent $2.72 just to get ignored and frustrated.

Was a faithful customer until today, Completely poor management .. Everybody running around talking about their personal life, not taking proper orders down and when brought to the attention of an employee, her reply is to violently run up too customer and screamed in her face ,, All because she put the wrong item in the customers bag.. I then decided to take my business somewhere else.. Would rather spend money somewhere that takes consideration for their customers and except their mistakes .. wouldn’t want anyone lashing out on me because I received the wrong item.. j/s

I don’t understand why everyone in the morning is SO rude. SHOVING the bag out the window when it clearly isn’t fully opened and giving attitude, all the while the manager is standing there in a daze. I can literally hear them talking about me and how I ordered and even when I messed up, I apologized and wanted to tip the girls out but they are really so rude I didn’t even care atp. I work at a Dunkin, I know how demanding it can be. But I also know how important a good attitude is.

The service I received this morning from here was absolutely awful!! I used the drive thru and after giving my order the woman taking my order never told me “ok drive up” or I was all set to drive up so I was waiting to here she had successfully taken my order and after about 15 seconds she rudely says “you can drive up!” I almost didn’t tip after that but I understand that tips are shared & the other workers don’t deserve to have $$ taken from them because of 1 person. After pulling out of the drive thru I immediately checked my order & realized I was missing the first item of food I ordered. Not a problem right, mistakes happen. So I go inside & stand to the side to wait to let a worker know I’m just missing 1 item. The woman making the food comes to assist me & then tries to find out where the missing item is, well then here comes this platinum blonde female and aggressively walks up to me and says “what did I do?!?” & looks at me as if she wants to fight me over a sandwich! I tell her everything else was correct I was just missing 1 sandwich. She literally says nothing back while the extremely polite & professional woman who came to assist me to begin with walks her away & tells her to go back to the window. She then goes to make the sandwich for me without hesitation. While I’m waiting for the sandwich I can hear that same blonde girl running her mouth all the way from the back while the MANAGER continues to stand there the entire time & says nothing about any of it!!! Needless to say COMPLETELY unprofessional!! Absolutely ruined my morning! From one service industry worker to another that girl doesn’t belong working with the public If she was ready to fight a customer over a CROISSANT! Manager may also need a refresher course in enforcing professionalism in the workplace. A big thank you to the worker who stayed completely professional and polite throughout, I honestly don’t understand why she isn’t managing.

Place is dirty. Trash bags over flowing. The crew members are lazy and slow. Can't take or make correct orders. All guys that looked high af, unclean looking. Absolutely horrible Dunkin.
Went to DD with my grandsons, for an after school snack, before going to a movie with them. Nice place, friendly & efficient staff.

I was told I had a job on the 3, they have been giving me the run around. I worked 2 days with a manager, then on the 3 day I came in their was a new manager, whom sent my home because I did not have non resistance shoes, they were coming in the mail. The same manager was supposed to train me but was at a meeting, and just threw me off to another staff, so I was told I was a no call no show. I received the shoes ever since the incident, I been trying to speak to a manager she is always at a meeting, or not their. The staff are very unprofessional and make a new comer feel not wanted. So as of today I'm giving up calling. I don't know why it's so hard too give someone a yes or no answer informing that thee employee are not working their anymore?!
