24 hours yet the doors are locked and nobody there ?
the drive through worker on day 9 of June of 2024 at 11 am was extremely rude and impatient, not at all friendly, I will not go to this Dunkin’ further more,I will go to another with actual good service

The guy who always wears beads and fake glasses from party city and the kid who has/had blue hair like to play with you on the speaker and mock you. None of their staff expect for 1 woman makes the coffee correctly. You ask for 2 sugar they give you 4. It’s not that difficult but apparently it doesn’t compute in their minds. Not into this place anymore and won’t be returning. Go through your staff because there are many 0s.

this place sucks. i asked for a caramel macchiato, and received a regular macchiato with no flavoring. i also ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese on it. they even asked if i wanted cream cheese on the bagel, to which i said yes. it did not come with cream cheese on it. my friend ordered a glazed donut and it was literally like bread with sugar sprinkled on top. she said it was “disgusting”.
