The guy who always wears beads and fake glasses from party city and the kid who has/had blue hair like to play with you on the speaker and mock you. None of their staff expect for 1 woman makes the coffee correctly. You ask for 2 sugar they give you 4. It’s not that difficult but apparently it doesn’t compute in their minds. Not into this place anymore and won’t be returning. Go through your staff because there are many 0s.

What is wrong with Fridays? Every time I get a simple coffee on Fridays It's totally awful? Got it remade three times and I had to go to a different Dunkin? But Saturday threw Thursday great coffee. I wouldnt go on fridays..

I love this resturant! They are always clean, kind, and extremely fast. I went in at 1:11 pm. Left at 1:17. It would have been much faster but there was a problem with the car in front of me. Speed of service is a 10/10. Product quality 10/10. Customer service 10/10. If i’m in a rush and i’m on the south end this is the dunkin I will go to!

this place sucks. i asked for a caramel macchiato, and received a regular macchiato with no flavoring. i also ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese on it. they even asked if i wanted cream cheese on the bagel, to which i said yes. it did not come with cream cheese on it.my friend ordered a glazed donut and it was literally like bread with sugar sprinkled on top. she said it was “disgusting”.

I have only been in Massachusetts for 2 years now and this dunkin was my go to location but I don't know if it the constant new hires or the just the lack of effort but iced coffee always tastes burnt. The frozen coffee, it looks like it has been sitting for hours to the point soilds and liquid is separating. Food is good for the most part it's just the coffee that keeps me from coming back to this location.
