I am a regular at this Dunkin and I am so grateful for this staff. They know me by name and they are always so fast and my order is always perfect. Everyone here is so kind and so competent. Ashley is an absolute rockstar and the whole team here never misses. Make this Dunkin YOUR Dunkin!!!

This is the absolute worst Dunkin around. Every time I come here they don’t make the order correctly and argue with me about it. All you have to do is read the instructions on a sticker. It is so lazy to not add another shot of espresso that I paid for. A $7 dollar drink, that you can obviously tell by the color is wrong. But no I am wrong. And then they expect people to tip them. Gross!

The person who assisted me at the drive-thru was very rude and unfriendly. They even yelled at me at times because I didn’t fully understand what they were saying. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

The worst Dunkin' Donuts in the city manager is horrible ask for a small hot chocolate in a medium cup because I got milk whipped cream and caramel and she said no she had to charge me for a medium there's no way you can feel milk whipped cream and caramel in a small cup without skimping on hot chocolate ask for her name she refused to give it to me

Previously every time I stopped in for a Boston cream donut they were all sold out so it’s been a while since I stopped in. I walked in at 2 o’clock on a Sunday afternoon and they had a full tray of Boston cream donuts, so I bought one. There was almost no boiled cream in the middle of it. Very disappointed. Maybe that’s why they still had a whole tray

Felt like an inconvenience for the manager on duty , ask if my coffee roll can be heated and she stated “ I can’t do that” and I said “you can’t?” And all she said was “yes I can’t” when arrived at the window I ask the guy who was originally taking my order through the intercom before he was rudely interrupted by a manager (I’m assuming) , I asked “do they not heat the coffee rolls anymore?” He stated. “ he didn’t know that they could and that’s it’s probably because we’ re busy in here”, I said “I w never heard of that but ok” …I will never give my money to this location again and the quality of the one donut that I did get was dry .

Spoke to female manager who was completely rude and very sarcastic. These places don’t realize that without customers they don’t exist. Don’t visit this Dunkin, very low class employees with little to no morals and values.

I wish I could give ZERO stars!!! , but I have to give one to leave a review It clearly says eight snackin bacon and they gave me six pieces with one not even looking like a whole piece. It almost looks like they’re cutting them in half. This is why people go to Starbucks because you don’t get this kind of treatment you get what you pay for Dunkin’ Donuts is quickly declining!! And their prices are hiking, and I don’t understand why it’s almost like the more they hike the less we get This is absolutely ridiculous and the children they are hiring is even worse. I’m so done with Dunkin!!!
Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly, which is a good thing but then again, it is located next to a high school, which keeps high school students constantly lingering in the parking lot and hanging in the store. They swear they scream they throw trash and they do absolutely nothing about it. it makes you not want to go to this location.
