I am much happier now using the app to order my coffee - it's made correctly with only an occasional hiccup. Such a big difference. Staff here is pleasant. Inside is typically picked up and clean. Mobile orders come out quickly.
Wish the Rewards Program gave better rewards for all the money I spend here, i.e. more discounts on real coffee, more opportunities for an occasional free coffee instead of all the discounts on refreshers and cold brew and money off food.

Love this Dunkin! They usually always get my order correct which is saying something since most of the Dunkins in the city most of the time get it wrong no matter what I order. In the picture I added my coffee was already half melted because it's crazy hot out but it is exactly what I ordered and is delicious!

Was picking a DoorDash the drive thru was empty so i went in, they talking about you have to come in, i calm myself down i went in and order was already done like i what was this for

I walk out of work, I go in to consume and the register is closed and there are three employees and a car and no customer service. They should improve their service.
