Visited tonight after waiting at the speaker for 15 mins. Drove up waited at window for another 10 once I honked the horn the girl with glasses and a birthmark on her arm comes to the windows and says whats up? I said waiting on my order she then replies you ordered? Perhaps the gentleman at the window should also take his ear buds out and do his job!!!! Never again will I visit here and will be calling management in the am. Unacceptable customer service.

Terrible time to wait for mediocre food. I get being understaffed on some days but are you understaffed the other days where you wait 15-20 minutes in the drive thru? How about when there are only 2 cars in the lot and 5 in the drive thru and it still takes 20 minutes? Plus they expect people not to be annoyed when they see the prep station moving like malaises and have an attitude. Just sad; best thing is I don’t want Dunkin’ much during work now 🤷

We stayed at the HI Express right up the road and came to this location all four days. The donuts were hit and miss but the staff was grumpy and rude. Not much else to add.

placed a mobile order 8/11: three wraps and a 6pc hash. figured I'd be waiting for a few mins...a complete understatement. I proceeded to spend 45 minutes waiting for my order to be completed.
listen....I work in food service myself. though for a different company, I know some of the bottlenecks that can occur in QSR and in the kitchen and all that. that being said however, I haven't been able to wrap my head around how four food items takes employees asking me a multitude of times for the order name, etc. I almost feel bad and would want to apply to work at this store. but I feel like that would be hell on earth if this is how the store generally performs.
I will say, I have been here on rare occasion, and never had problems then--but I'd be appalled if this is the first instance of something like this happening.

Worst worst Dunkin in Fall River. Horrible management, a lot of the older workers have terrible attitudes. Always out of everything. You order ahead and still end up waiting in the store for your order because everyone is busy doing nothing. Terrible service when they do something wrong you just get attitude from some girl. Is that your manager?? She shouldn’t even be working a customer service job. Yeah DONT RECOMMEND! Elsbree st and n main/president ave are the way better options.

It’s the ultimate hit or miss. Sometimes I go and think its the best dunkin around, then there’s times (especially on the weekend) where you’ll be in the drive thru for 20 mins. Never acceptable. Bad food too, weak burnt coffee. Word of advice- if the drive thru line is jutting out into the road, don’t bother stopping. It’ll take forever and the food will be bad.
