Terrible customer service if I’m nice to order my food no need to be rude over the intercom people look like there miserable never again will I go there you say thank you and I never get you’re welcome back or get my food past to me always with an attitude other Dunkin are very nice and actually say have a good day at least there night shift are more nice never again first and last time I’ll be there

As of today I came I ordered a chipotle wrap a medium ice and a strawberry frosted they did not follow the procedure for making the sandwich my hash brown was cold and mushy they cooked it all together and I had told them if they could remake it the manager or owner Frank came here and said that I can’t come here complaining and if I have an issue then I can go somewhere else and also told me that the way she’s cooking it which is grabbing the hash brown from the warmer which could have sat there for hours is OK and that’s how you deliver food to customers. And I told him I said if you think that me telling you guys how to correctly make something that I’m paying for is complaining that you shouldn’t be in the business so I said I’m gonna reach out to corporate I said I’d rather just get my money back I’m gonna go to another Dunkin that I absolutely love they follow procedures they do everything good and they’re not even the same company but I will be forwarding this to corporate. Please do not go here even his workers was talking about me in the back rolling their eyes and he also did the same thing just remember you are a role model so whatever you do your employees are gonna do I would never come and spend my money here and I spent hundreds of dollars here!!!! He needs Anger Management!!!!

The girl stood in the window behind the locked door and told me I can’t get coffee because it is drive thru only, even though the sign clearly states open until 10. I recommend either letting us mere pedestrians order on foot, or change the sign to expressly forbid all walkers, joggers, etc from trying to dine after lunch.

I came here 2 days in a row to get the $6 meal deal. I don't eat meat so I asked for no bacon. Both days they told me they could not sell it to me with no bacon. I asked if they could let the person cooking know to not add bacon and they told me no. I wasn't asking for extra I was asking for none. I said I was just going to throw it away and they didn't care They refused to make my sandwich with no bacon 2 days in a row. I've never seen anything like it. I was very disappointed to say the least.

Went to this DD at 6pm on 8/24 Miranda (has glasses and blondish hair) was so beyond rude to me when I told her the sparkling water in my tornado twist was flat and then walked away from the window with a look of disgust on her face and it’s so beyond unprofessional First of all it’s not cheap and second of all I want what I pay for so Miranda if you don’t like your job get another one cause customer service ain’t for you!

I just moved to Massachusetts this is the closest Dunkin to my house and I have only been in the area 2 weeks I stop every morning on my way to work and I have to say absolutely excellent service everyone I have encountered with has been amazing I love how clean it always is also The only thing I’d change is I’m not able to give the crew tips and I absolutely believe they deserve it. Other then that they deserve 50 stars

When asked about order after 10 mins, felt like I was doing them a disservice by the reaction I received. Store simply doesn’t run nearly as well as when the owner is there to watch their employees.

Best Dunkin in the city, usually gets the new menu items early and if you order inside it's usually done in a timely manner.
Also has one of the best variety of donuts out of most Dunkins I have seen, considering Donuts is in the name, is extra brownie points.
