The girl stood in the window behind the locked door and told me I can’t get coffee because it is drive thru only, even though the sign clearly states open until 10. I recommend either letting us mere pedestrians order on foot, or change the sign to expressly forbid all walkers, joggers, etc from trying to dine after lunch.

I came here 2 days in a row to get the $6 meal deal. I don't eat meat so I asked for no bacon. Both days they told me they could not sell it to me with no bacon. I asked if they could let the person cooking know to not add bacon and they told me no. I wasn't asking for extra I was asking for none. I said I was just going to throw it away and they didn't care They refused to make my sandwich with no bacon 2 days in a row. I've never seen anything like it. I was very disappointed to say the least.

Went to this DD at 6pm on 8/24 Miranda (has glasses and blondish hair) was so beyond rude to me when I told her the sparkling water in my tornado twist was flat and then walked away from the window with a look of disgust on her face and it’s so beyond unprofessional First of all it’s not cheap and second of all I want what I pay for so Miranda if you don’t like your job get another one cause customer service ain’t for you!

I just moved to Massachusetts this is the closest Dunkin to my house and I have only been in the area 2 weeks I stop every morning on my way to work and I have to say absolutely excellent service everyone I have encountered with has been amazing I love how clean it always is also The only thing I’d change is I’m not able to give the crew tips and I absolutely believe they deserve it. Other then that they deserve 50 stars

Best Dunkin in the city, usually gets the new menu items early and if you order inside it's usually done in a timely manner.
Also has one of the best variety of donuts out of most Dunkins I have seen, considering Donuts is in the name, is extra brownie points.
Sun 8/5/24 - 12:15pm. Poor customer experience. Mobile order left incomplete on counter, second drink not made & sandwich at pick-up window for a walk In order. When asked about order after 10 mins, felt like I was doing them a disservice by the reaction I received. Store simply doesn’t run nearly as well as when the owner is there to watch their employees.

Love this Dunkin'. I think they have a better attitude because of the no-tipping policy.When I handed the girl my card and a tip, she told me they weren't allowed. But she was genuinely appreciative that I wanted to give one.

My favorite DD! Morning staff are right on the ball. My coffees always made perfectly (in the morning) at night... it's hit or miss. Usually young kids working at night, sometimes they're good & friendly and other nights it's a hang out. Like tonight where it was messy inside, trash on the floor while workers toss around a paper airplane. Oook. Coffee is usually always pretty good here. Even in the morning, sometimes they're super friendly. Other times, they're blahh but ultimately this location is the best one in the city to go to for quick service & consistency.
