Worst place everrrr!!!!Every time I go in there which is everyday only because it's rite next to my house so it makes it more convenient for me them girls act like their customers are the worst people in the world they sooo should not be working with the public at least not face to face I work with the public and I would never treat my customers the way they do not even in my worst day It's not rite especially today everybody is going through their own personal things which I'm sure they are too but you don't take it out on you're customers who are part of you having a job like for real I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't make much in their tips Their attitudes suck they constantly mess up my order and then when asked if they could fix it they try to act like you ain't even standing there or like you aren't talking to them and it's like Ik you see and hear me especially the one with the orange hair she works the register then likes to act like she's not up front when I just saw her take the person order in front of me likes to pretend she's doing something else then takes FOREVERR just to say Can I Help You and she says it like she hates saying it I'm really the nicest person I always say please and thank you and I want to tip too but heck no not with their attitudes and they always be arguing with each other and swearing at each other I don't take my teenage daughter in there with me because I never know what's going to happen with those employees and the managers aren't any better either they be treating their customers the same way and the way they talk to their employees is crazy like save that shit for when no is in there I just think they all need to be trained on how to act and on how to be in the customer service you don't talk to people lithe way they and I don't like to comment on things like this but I've been going there for a year and it's not changing The younger girls thst are there on the wknds are sooo much more nice to their customers they always have a smile on their face and say hello can I help you,Thank you have a good day never had an issue with them but the girls there during the week are a whole other story Wouldn't recommend this place to any one thumbs down

A gentleman was seemingly bending over to get a Red Bull from the store and the person with a backwards cap and blue shirt on Aug 14 2023 was making remarks about his underwear showing I presume. It was so loud I could hear it from the other side of the store. She was saying the worst things about the poor guy he wasn’t doing anything but looking for something to drink not even from that below level Dunkin Donuts. Why was she not wiping down those dirty counters instead of looking and making disgusting remarks about the other stores male customers and patreons? If this is how Dunkin Donuts at Rodman st treats people then they will have to explain in court why it is okay for them to be making remarks about underwear while clocked in. I didn’t know people get paid by Dunkin Donuts to bully people that never bought from them or bothered them. That is just sick!!

Last night on August 14th around 10pm there was a woman wearing a blue Dunkin Donuts shirt and backwards black hat harassing customers of the convenient store. She was extremely loud bullying customers with her Dunkin Donuts mic on during work hours. It was a very loud and aggressive atmosphere, it felt scary being in there. There are much better Dunkin Donuts in Fall River to go where you will not be bullied and embarrassed without cause. It seems this location hires anybody now a days. This bully of a worker is getting paid to harass individuals unwarranted that aren’t even buying donuts she probably exposed to germs because she is so loud yelling all over the food. Horrible experience! I am traumatized!

I was at the convenience store part purchasing a beverage when I heard “that is what I hate seeing”, “that is disgusting”, “that’s nasty” very loudly. The lady working at the Dunkin Donuts counter with her ponytail and backwards cap was making these remarks about me bending over to purchase a beverage (not even from Dunkin Donuts). I was there around 9:30-10 pm on 08/14/23. I was bullied, heckled and harassed for minding my own business not even shopping at Dunkin Donuts. I plan to forward this incident to corporate as I did not feel safe at this location due to the loud harassment.

I normally do not post any reviews on anything. However seeing that during this time is not busy and it wasn’t busy when I arrived I need to post this. I placed an order for a caramel frozen drink that has whipped cream. I pre ordered online and it clearly says whip cream. I pull up and said I have an online order and there was already a tone on the other end. She hands me the frozen drink with the whipped cream and she said is not in the sticker so you don’t get it. I tell her it was an online order and it was on there and she said of you didn’t ask is not going on. My online order clearly states it but instead of sitting there arguing with ignorant incompetent employees I drove off even though I had proof that the request was most definitely on the order. The Milliken Dunks is spot on and their customer service impeccable so far, they would have been like, let me check and just add it. Good Customer service is not so common. Annoyed and will not go back to that store.
