The girls are so awsome love the atmosphere and the kindness , above and beyond I love going to that Dunkin' Donuts on Bedford Street

worst dunkin i have ever been to i have been there multiple times and had the same experince who ever the woman is at the window skinny with dark hair is the rudest person i ever met and is never pleasnt also everytime i get a latte it is never made right they dont mix in the swirlls and do not like when you ask them too mix it

I sent my husband to the store and he went threw the drive threw in literally on the phone hearing the lady giving an attitude being disrespectful to him because she couldn’t understand him she was being racist and told him to go back to his country. Like we came for coffee not insults. Worse costumer service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin’s. Mind you she had an accent too. Dunkin hiring anybody now a days with no home training

We went through the drive through and they made me repeat my order 7 times (a bacon egg and cheese which is litterally the most basic order ever) and then i pulled up to the window and they said they didn’t have that written in my order and the man gave me an awful attitude about it and made me pull to the front and wait 10 minutes for it. Awful service mind you this dunkin is so yuck on the inside it’s tiny and dirty and unsanitary and overall just gross

They keep lying to me about being out of muchkins, even though when they substitue them for donuts, I can see that they have them.
Also, there's no parking.

Went here with my nieces and we were accused of stealing. My husband and my two nieces ordered food in addition to drinks. I ordered a bagel, a croissant, bagel twist and another item. We were missing the bagel twist for my 10 year old niece. When I politely explained to the girl on duty, she gave me a suspicious look and asked to see our bag… she then pointed to the croissant I had in my hands and exclaimed that was it. Apologies if she’s reading this post and can’t make out the big words. So I had to open my sandwich and show her it wasn’t a bagel twist. Luckily, she was able to tell the difference between twisted dough and a sandwich (phew!) After several minutes a gentleman showed up and stressed that he definitely put the item in the bag… I asked if he was calling me a liar, and he stated he was not but pretty sure he put it in the bag… it wasn’t until I threatened to call corporate that they gave me the item I paid for (confirmed on my receipt). I do realize sometimes muppet drive through workers don’t put the entire order in. This was not the case, we paid for the item. This incident happened 2 weeks ago, I’ve not really had the time to sit down and write this review. I do plan on calling corporate, just making both individuals involved sweat a bit as what they did to me and my husband especially in front of my two nieces was extremely unacceptable. I can promise both of you that your behavior won’t be tolerated. By the time I am done making my point, both parties involved will pray to actually lose their jobs. Cheers, for now.

They didn’t know what they were doing at all, I asked for assorted munchkins and got all glazed and I’m missing 8 of them even though they almost didn’t give me them at all had to remind them. they also didn’t have any sausage or everything bagels didn’t know any of this until I got to the window

Unfortunately, this is the one down the street from my work. There is almost always a problem with my orders. The last three times it was the wrong number of munchkins. Which you wouldn’t think is a big deal. Until you realize I’m getting these for toddlers that are each allowed a certain number. When that number isn’t fulfilled or is different, absolute chaos ensues. So it really grinds my gears to know that I’m paying someone else to make my job more difficult. I mean, is it really that hard to count to 50? I teach my kids numbers every day and, so far, they can count up to 100. Maybe Dunkin’s should hire toddlers. Just a thought.
Parking: The lot is tiny, odd shaped and difficult to find spots. The drive thru isn't any better either. It's best to come in from the Bedford St side.
