Who thinks they can reheat a old coffee and I can't tell exactly how long they even microwaved it for???? Ordered a specialty coffee (the kind you can totally tell when it's someone's trash) and got old reheated coffee. Prices to high to be thinking you can mess with someone's coffee.

This store is the worse store in the area they literally refuse to make everything I ever ask of them I am a Dunkin manager myself I serve customers all day long and would not tell people they can not get things made the way you want it if I’m paying the price for it what the issue reason why I keep my customers coming back I don’t ask for nothing but cold foam with a topping even that I’ll pay extra if need be and they still refuse it’s insane they also have terrible attitudes and when ever did get a drink the coffee is bitter and terrible can’t make a coffee for nothing if yall need advice on how to make or want a good coffee come see me at my Dunkin

03/28/24 , 6:30pm. Ive been ordering the same thing every day for years. (Large Iced decaf, w/mocha and oat milk. It’s usually $4.25 (-\+). The order taker incorrectly tried to charge me $5.87. I went to another location and paid the regular price. (Receipt attached) Additional register training needed.
Rude, racist, and discriminating staff. It's one thing asking someone to leave with a valid reason... it's another to lie and tell them it's because they bought nothing... felt targeted being a paying disabled American citizen. The only other person asked to leave was darker skinned. That shows racism in the staff. Others were there just as long and bought nothing. I also noticed four or five of the staff members standing around talking and only one person actually working the drive though. Corporate should address these issues and "trim the fat". unfriendly lying or racist staff drive off alot of business. Paying workers to stand and talk amongst themselves, while one person works the drive though costs the company alot of unnecessary $ especially if they're also making paying customers uncomfortable

Only a couple good employees. The dark hair shorter one at night is usually nice but they’ve got a few stray porkchops who get a little angry sometimes.
Always bustling and busy, but never rude or condesending. Prices are better than the one in South Dartmouth. Good
