Gave me an old donut then reheated it I went home and bit into it and almost had lockjaw .. I should’ve went back and chucked it in his face and now I see why some customers be crashing out cuz why would u as a an employee give an old donut then say yes we got everything fresh and just came in

The food seems to be fine, it depends who is making it. But the real issue is that they are constantly cleaning the lobby, I know that may sound like a good thing but it isn't. There is a boy always mopping and sweeping and he will go right over your feet He has swept my foot, he has asked me to move to mop where I am and he just seems to be in the way. On top of that I don't want dirt and dirty water flying around me while I'm trying to eat. Also there is always a woman sitting in there, I believe she's a manager but she is never in uniform or working when I go in, and I go in every day. She will at most be cleaning the tables and she will spray the cleaning chemicals right near your food and drinks. Seems very unprofessional and dirty. It comes off like she is just doing what she wants and that it's the bare minimum. Her hair is down and what's the point of cleaning tables with your super long hair flying around. I'm wondering if her and the male employee can't do other task, they always seem to be cleaning the lobby and nothing else.

I hardly ever have to get my coffee remade the girls have great customer service and down-to-earth.

Who thinks they can reheat a old coffee and I can't tell exactly how long they even microwaved it for???? Ordered a specialty coffee (the kind you can totally tell when it's someone's trash) and got old reheated coffee. Prices to high to be thinking you can mess with someone's coffee.
This store is the worse store in the area they literally refuse to make everything I ever ask of them I am a Dunkin manager myself I serve customers all day long and would not tell people they can not get things made the way you want it if I’m paying the price for it what the issue reason why I keep my customers coming back I don’t ask for nothing but cold foam with a topping even that I’ll pay extra if need be and they still refuse it’s insane they also have terrible attitudes and when ever did get a drink the coffee is bitter and terrible can’t make a coffee for nothing if yall need advice on how to make or want a good coffee come see me at my Dunkin

03/28/24 , 6:30pm. Ive been ordering the same thing every day for years. (Large Iced decaf, w/mocha and oat milk. It’s usually $4.25 (-\+). The order taker incorrectly tried to charge me $5.87. I went to another location and paid the regular price. (Receipt attached) Additional register training needed.
