I’m not too happy with this location. I walked in and specifically asked beforehand if you guys had cold brew, I specifically asked the woman at the counter, and she said “of course we do” Then, why did you give me dark roast and try to pass it off as cold brew? You don’t know anything about coffee if you think passing off a dark roast coffee would fool somebody into thinking that it’s cold brew. So for the future people who drink coffee can tell the difference between dark roast, regular and cold brew. I know this might be surprising, but they all have a different taste. So next time you lie about what you have in stock, just tell the person the truth so you don’t get a review like this.

i have lost so much money here ? ordered from here once and went to pick it up– 6pm in the middle of the week. they had already closed. went in the next day about getting my order or money back. nope, can't do that without a manager, you have to come back again. you have to come back 3 times for your 9 dollar order ? i get my refund online, finally, 1 week later. go back, once more (because it just is the closest). this time, i get all the way to work before i realize they've forgotten my sandwich. i'm not even going to get a refund this time, i'm just done.

Went to this Dunkin while waiting for my laundry across the street...I got the turkey sausage, egg, & cheese no bread & a diet Pepsi...loved it! & the girl at the counter was VERY nice!

Absolute worst Dunkin in Fall River. Second time ordering thru Uber second time order wrong. Forgot 2 times, frozen drinks delivered not frozen due to one hour wait for delivery. Multiple items not available, had to substitute with few options to choose from. Stay away from this place..
