This is the worst Dunkin’s I have ever been in They are extremely ignorant and rude especially the black American pregnant girl She’s the symbol of IGNORANT I paid for a pumpkin loaf on the app I arrived it only took 10 minutes to be acknowledged and only because I said something This is the 3rd time I’ve been inside this place and every time I’ve felt with the same nasty girl and her nasty attitude I’m a loyal customer I buy daily from Dunkin’s only went there today because my regular Dunkin’s ran out of pumpkin loaf and this one is a block away from my job BUT I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER GO IN IT EVER AGAIN, JUST ONE LAST TIME TO GET MY REFUND I WORK HARD AND PAY FOR MY DUNKIN NOT PRETTY TO CONTINUE GETTING SUCH UGLY CUSTOMER SERVICE the girl by the ovens looked at me as if I had 20 heads and completely ignored me ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE THEY NEED AN ENTIRE NEW CREW

This place was so good. The people used to be so nice and the food and drinks were good. Now when I go there employees will sit behind the counter with no personality and have a conversation while I’m the only person in line waiting for 5 minutes for them to stop talking and take my order. I stopped ordering sandwiches because you’re lucky if you get even 2 pieces of bacon. I order a hot chocolate and they couldn’t fil the cup up all the way about 2 inches off from the top.This place has became a joke and the employees are the problem.

The asst/manager on 4/26/25 around 9am was so rude. That's not how you treat your customers. I always ask for my coffee made the same way. This manager refused to make it. I never had a problem ever at any Dunkin. I always ask for extra ice but I also ask for a larger cup since im getting less coffee. I NEVER have any issues. Next time ill ask for ice on the side?! Would that have changed? I go to Dunks atleast 3 times a day. This is the same reason I stopped coming to this Dunkin and go elsewhere. As you can see from the reviews, this isn't the greatest dunkin. The managers mainly, the one working around 9am should fine a new job. She even looks miserable. Definitely no people skills. The employees were all nice, excellent and I felt bad for. The employee tried to do what I asked but the manager said no. What's that tell you?!?!. I plan to call Dunkin corporate next bc that's not what you call customer service. Without us buying, no one will have a job. Remember customer comes first before your ego. Just saying. I won't be back. I was in a rush and decided to give them a shot but now I remember why I stopped going. Especially after my favorite Manger moved to North Main st this place has gone down hill fast.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for a couple of years and used to get great service. Lately though, especially over the past year, my mobile orders are rarely ready when I arrive—even though I order ahead. I usually visit on weekends and always see just one person working, with a growing line of customers. It’s frustrating, and I’m not sure why more staff aren’t scheduled during busy times. Hope this gets addressed soon.

A lot of complaints that a police blue lights make in a lot of noise in the neighborhood. When it's talking every 15 minutes.
Arrived here at 8:43 PM and the woman stated they were closed. She was also very cocky about it. This has happened a handful of times and it’s time for managers to do something about it. If your hours are until 9:00 PM, then you should be serving up until that time.

I’m not too happy with this location. I walked in and specifically asked beforehand if you guys had cold brew, I specifically asked the woman at the counter, and she said “of course we do” Then, why did you give me dark roast and try to pass it off as cold brew? You don’t know anything about coffee if you think passing off a dark roast coffee would fool somebody into thinking that it’s cold brew. So for the future people who drink coffee can tell the difference between dark roast, regular and cold brew. I know this might be surprising, but they all have a different taste. So next time you lie about what you have in stock, just tell the person the truth so you don’t get a review like this.

i have lost so much money here ? ordered from here once and went to pick it up– 6pm in the middle of the week. they had already closed. went in the next day about getting my order or money back. nope, can't do that without a manager, you have to come back again. you have to come back 3 times for your 9 dollar order ? i get my refund online, finally, 1 week later. go back, once more (because it just is the closest). this time, i get all the way to work before i realize they've forgotten my sandwich. i'm not even going to get a refund this time, i'm just done.
