I had an issue with an online order that never arrived and was supposed to be refunded. After waiting ten business days without seeing the refund, I decided to go into the shop to ask about it. Chris helped me out and was able to resolve the issue quickly and in a very satisfactory way. I’ve heard some negative things about the management here, but my experience was actually very pleasant. Thanks to Chris for getting everything sorted out.

This place is awesome ! One day, I went to marzillis ,but they will close ! So I went to Eastern .I asked if they had any slices, they said no ,all they sell is whole pizzas. So I left and went to my car. One of the workers came out ,and asked me what kind of pizza I wanted ! They went above and beyond they made my day the pizza was awesome and the service was excellent We need more of this kindness!

I ordered 6 large pizzas for a birthday party and 4 went in the trash. They knew they were all over cooked and dry and still sold me $90 worth of pizza. I never put reviews but that pizza was so bad and I don’t understand. I have sat in and ate there plenty of times in the past and was not disappointed but recently I can’t call it. I am upset I spent so much money to throw it in the trash and for the kids that eat school lunch pizza to say they didn’t want it speaks for itself.
