Ordered ahead, food was on time and fresh. Very clean restaurant, authentic vibe. Staff were very nice and friendly. Its a 5 star because I can't rate it any higher.

Puerto Rican living in Taunton Ma, was looking for a good PR restaurant for some Bori flavor! Wifey found this spot via Google, I must say we were not disappointed, the staff, food and drinks were on point! Owner Amanda and her mami Maria greeted us like familia, I asked about the cook and was advised that Amanda's husband Carlos was busy cheffing it up in the kitchen, gonna have to meet him on our next visit which definitely will be very soon, A+ on this one!

All their fried food is horrendous,it lookslike they use the same oil for everything, everything tasted horrible. I went there with my wife for her birthday Nd we regret it so much. I asked my waiter to try the meat pies ...and he didn't want to.That's saying enough. The only thing good was the beer. Whatever you do, do not order any fried foods.The oil is horrible makes everything tastes bad. Never again. Good luck...YOU'VE BEEN WARN....P.S... WHEN I GO TO A PUERTO RICAN RESTAURANT WHICH I AM PUERTO RICAN. I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR SALSA, PUERTO RICO. MUSIC. NOT BACHATA, DOMINICAN MUSIC.

THE SERVICE:

I was promptly greeted upon entering the restaurant. As a new customer, the friendly employee did an excellent job orienting me to their menu to include their buffet selections, pastries and specialty drinks. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. I felt welcomed and comfortable.

My takeout order was carefully packaged making for easy transport.

THE FOOD:

I ordered a dinner plate consisting of white rice, beans, and steak cooked in a garlic butter sauce. I also had a side order of sweet plantain and a BBQ rib.

Although ashen, the steak was cooked to my desired temperature, traditionally seasoned, and tender- very tasty bite. The rice was cooked perfectly serving as the base for their robust beans bursting with flavor. Plantains tasted as expected. The rib tasted well marinated and the sauce was delicious (tangy with sweet back notes), but it was a bit too firm.

THE VALUE:

Memorable customer service, inviting atmosphere, and good food at an affordable price point. There is something on the menu for every budget; especially if you opt for their $10.00 buffet dinner plate.

I recently discovered El Jubarito Puerto Rican Restaurant, and I wish I had found it sooner! The food here is absolutely fantastic. Every dish I’ve tried has been delicious, reminding me of the flavors I grew up with back in Puerto Rico. It truly feels like a taste of home.

The place itself has plenty of parking, which is a huge convenience. The staff is courteous and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Overall, the food is amazing, and I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. If you're craving authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, this is definitely a spot to check out!

No lo recomiendo para NADA. Las empanadillas están ciegas, pedimos una de pizza y literalmente es 98% masa. Ordenamos dos sándwiches y uno de ellos el pan estaba quemado totalmente por ambos lados. Como es posible que tu veas que quemaste el pan y está negro y duro y como quiera lo sirves a tus clientes? Luego llame 3 veces al restaurante para que rectifiquen la situación y no contestan. PÉSIMO SERVICIO. No pierdan su tiempo ni dinero.
