It’s friendlys means that they are understaffed and no matter how hard the team is working there’s not enough of them to go around. That being said, the ice cream was delicious and the service itself was good. Feel free to bring your kids as there’s plenty of them all there for the same thing

Went for some ice cream this evening. It was delicious and the customer service at the take out window was excellent. Thank you to the staff for making my ice cream correctly despite my efforts to do it online

How are you going to create and sell your own Friendly's birthday cake and yet not provide for the "Happy Birthday ..." written on the cake with icing? I mean even Walmart will ice your cake... The actual restaurant that makes the ice cream cake will not though... ?
