CASH ONLY? Seriously!?! What's next? I'm betting they'll be accepting debit/credit, for a fee, in the next 5-10 years. It's kinda hard to believe how long this place has been here... The hot dogs are good. But that's it.

I was in a rush and I needed to grab some lunch they came through in a pinch. Top-notch Coney Island hot dogs with the works. I'll definitely be back.

Prices are not reasonable. Price of a Hot Dog. There excellant but the price should not be where it is. $2.35 apiece is really ridiculous. You can get coney Island dogs cheaper than that in other places !!!!!!

Culinary specialties unique to Fall River include the chow mein sandwich and the hot cheese sandwich. As someone of Chinese descent, I know the chow mein sandwich has nothing to do with real Chinese cuisine, so that's something I'm not missing out on. The hot cheese sandwich, though? Sure, I'll give it a try. Here at Graham's, you'll find a focused menu that includes burgers, dogs, fries, and, yes, hot cheese sandos, which are hamburger buns that hold ladles of goopy cheese sauce, on which you can add condiments like relish and onions. At $3.50 each, they were an inexpensive, comforting treat reminiscent of a Sloppy Joe's in texture - just with cheese. I'll take that! Similarly, a hot dog topped with cheese was a delightful mix of savory flavors and creamy and meaty textures. Service was friendly and efficient. The exterior is easy to miss as it blends in easy with surrounding houses, and the interior is a modest, rustic, old-school affair complete with schoolhouse chairs with built-in tables, a portrait of JFK, and a Droste-effect painting that has to be seen to be believed. A solid, local, independent find!

The tastiest sauce and dogs. A simple menu with two leading Fall River favorites....the Coney and melted cheese sandwich. A lunch of two dogs (with the works) and a melted cheese sandwich, along with a coffee milk, is my favorite.
