Happy Garden has been here for so long the food is great and fast. Best crab rangoons i have found anywhere, they are full not a little circle and the rest is dough. I do delivery or take out. I have not dined in.
I'm not sure if they sold the place, but it looks really nice, and the food tastes much better. The staff is really friendly.
