Sinister looking signs with mold and mildew and dust outside. Walked in the woman at the counter was being rude and shoving our donuts in tiny bags while putting an online order in a box. Then she said the donuts were from the night prior and it was 12pm at this point like ?? Sorry I dont trust that from a food place especially donuts that are sitting out all night. She had insane attitude and laughed when We took our business elsewhere

I ordered on uber eats. They didn’t have the biscuit sandwich I wanted. Okay no big deal. They call to inform me they don’t and if I don’t call back, they were going to cancel my order (this was less than two minutes when I was in the rest room, also ordered a coffee and a donut too) I call back, my order has already been cancelled and then they tell me to reorder? No thank you, Homemade Donuts, you lost a customer today and the many I will tell about this horrible experience. Do better and give your customers more than two minutes to call you back.

The lady that runs this place is rude and very short with you if you ask anything. I should've read all the horrible reviews before going. Idk how she is still open ... SHADY!!

I came here to pick up an order for someone and I was going to come back and get donuts myself, but I will not be doing that because the lady at the front is extremely rude and dismissive and she looks like she’s being held against her will. I asked her a question and she like completely ignored me. I would never get a doughnut from here just because of the customer service.

Per our discussion as you can see by the picture I added it is illegal to charge a minimum or a fee for credit cards and debit donuts are great. Coffee is horrible. Service could be better.

Four words. I love this place. The doughnuts are good (I recommend the blueberry cake donut and the chocolate flavored cake donut) and the caramel frappuchino coffee is the best I've tried.
I used to absolutely love this place & recommend it to everyone!! Not sure if they changed owners or just the person running it everyday but she is very unpleasant & not helpful short if you ask questions & will even snap at you! It was the only place we got donuts for 7 yrs.. They also changed the menu by taking away our favorite things. No more sausage ?. We also used to get glazed lemonade filled & glazed Bavarian cream but now they just tell me no. Even though they have everything needed! Disappointed in the new staff. Miss the old, very friendly & accommodating Staff. P.s I was there before they opened & they didn't make fresh donuts just sold the day old melted ones no longer fresh.

The cashier is mad rude, when I got ice coffee I'm looking around the shop and the whole milk was open with one cap on it. Not a fan, wouldn't be going back. Dunkin and Honey Dew is the way to go !!!
