Got there at 330 and they said i couldn't get food or espresso cuz they shut down the machines around 3:00 because they close at 6? Three hours before close is a ridiculous time to shut down the machines

I love honeydew but unfortunately this location has really gone downhill. There seems to be no training of employees or management present. Tried to get an eggnog latte twice this week. Both times I asked for the beverage (which is advertised on the front of the building) i was looked at like I had two heads. The first time I received a cup of eggnog for $5 with no coffee at all in it. The employee was nice but I don't think she knew how to make the drink and she also just kept going on her phone and just wanted to leave. The 2nd time the employee again looked confused and seemed to have an attitude and said they only had syrup not actual eggnog. That time I just leftm Everytime ive asked for a latte at this location I was either met with confusion or told they couldn't make them. This place definitely needs better management supervision and training for more consistent beverages that are advertised on the menu .
