My fiancé and I were starting to become regulars here and were excited to finally have a pho spot near us since our old one was towns over!
The times we went in person, the food was always delicious and tbh the staff were always nice too…
One night we didn’t feel like going out but were craving their pho so we decided to order thru door dash, we ordered a couple of items but the 2 phos were our main entrees, when we received the bag it was closed and we checked if all the items were inside, we were missing one of the main entrees which was a bummer so we called and the guy on the phone admitted that they had a new girl working and that they were busy and she forgot to put it inside the bag (mistakes happen, I completely understand)
He asks me if I want a refund or if I wanted to pick it up in person, again we weren’t feeling to go out that night so I requested a refund, I asked will it be refunded back on the card that was used and he reply’s back with yes(common sense says if you asked and gave me the option to get refunded that means I’m all set I’ll wait a couple days and get refunded for the pho I didn’t receive)
A few days go by and I don’t see a refund, so I call and ask and he says we don’t give refunds, DoorDash gives the refunds, I was bamboozled because why didn’t you tell me that the night I called about the issue and instead ask if I wanted a refund yourself?
I go to DoorDash and try and receive a refund and they deny it because I didn’t do it that same night thinking it was handled by the restaurant.
So, long story short I paid for a pho I never received and was never offered a replacement or an apology.
First bad experience with them, but when you mess up as a restaurant At least try and fix the issue so you don’t lose customers, if they don’t end up calling back and At least giving us the pho we paid for and didn’t receive we probably won’t be back sadly due to poor customer service.

No frill place but the traditional tamarind and lemongrass soup was excellent!

This is a Cambodian family restaurant and, even if it bills itself as Pan-Asian, you can tell that the Cambodian dishes are where their passion is. The sour beef soup was outstanding. Its unusual deliciousness is already exerting a pull on me to return. The young waitstaff are super friendly and helpful.

Roach infested. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
I would have given 6 stars for service but you couldn't have asked more from the young man who served us. He was doing everything! And with Grace. If he had another person who helped just a little in a timely manner we would be at 6 stars cuz he was that good! He was amazing. It's a casual neighborhood spot, but it is great food and great service. We will go back. I loved it over all. Crispy wings were amazing and the Pho house special was wonderful. My new favorite spot!

Nice little BYOB place with great fresh food and a very friendly staff. Two chicken wings is an option for a side, so cool! Would definitely recommend for lunch. CASH ONLY!

The lemongrass wings and the Vietnamese crepe (banh chev) are two of the most delicious things one can eat in Fall River.

Found this gem on Google and it didn't disappoint. Real authentic food and generous portions. Took my super picky Mother in Law and she loved it!! That in of itself gets five stars. Didn't have to listen to her complain.
