Feel like Cambodian, but want to avoid providence, RI? Hit up Hong Meas restaurant. They specialize in Cambodian but are pan Asian.Got a beef banh mi sandwich and a spicy Cambodian beef stew. 4 meals for 2 people for $20.Staff is very attentive and super nice. The venue is a bit divey. Don't come for the ambiance. All drinks are $2 and up. No free water. Large venue with plenty of seating and private free parking lot.BYOBDietary restrictions: Nearly everything is dairy freeParking: Super easy

I googled Asian Cuisine in Fall River and I keep finding reviews 4.0 or below but then I came across this one Hong Meas and it was a 4.6. It left me wondering why. I found a Fall River News article that said this was considered the best Asian food in Fall River...now I have to get some. So I ordered for me and my family take out. Not only is the place amazing it was delicious fresh savory food. Everything seemed home made. Seriously not exaggerating. It was sooooo good. I give the Food a 5 and the Service a 5 because the hostess could not be any more sweeter. The atmosphere is strange sort of weird to walk into a mill and see a very small establishment but it was clean and very red. I would highly recommend going there.

Let me start off with the atmosphere. This place just comes across as very odd. Like this was the first location they looked at and didn't care that it didn't work for what they were trying to do, but they were going to do it anyhow. It's a converted factory in the back of a residential area. The entrance has a ramp inside where there's no railing. So watch your step! They also didn't have any takeout menus, and no real website, so you're at the mercy of online photos of their menu or a 3rd party site for online ordering. The wings I ordered were very tasty. Save for the 4" black hair that was wrapped around one of them. I asked for the Crispy Wings. These weren't very crispy. They made up for it with flavor. That said, I didn't order the spicy wings, but these still had onions and jalapenos tossed in with them. Though, the wings weren't spicy. Which I'm glad. It would have been a complete loss otherwise.I also ordered the teriyaki chicken and fried rice. This dish was very dry. Large egg pieces that were somewhat salty. It helped that the rice was not salty at all, but you only got it when egg was on your fork, so it was hit or miss. The Teriyaki chicken was also dry. My guess is that these are not made in-house. No real sauce to them. Good flavor though. I prefer my teriyaki to be sticky. It wasn't bad, just different i guess.Overall, I probably would only ever go back if I were craving wings, or some other dish. I definitely won't ever order the teriyaki chicken or fried rice again.Parking: There's really only a few spots in front of the entrance, shared with other businesses.

This place is lowkey located in a bit of a run down strip mall. Even once you get inside, the place itself isn't especially nice. That being said, the food and service were both great! I've never actually tried Cambodian food, so I was really excited to try it out. They also had some other Asian food, like Thai. My friend and I shared the Spring Rolls, which were fresh and delicious. They came with peanuts and a vinegar-based sauce, not the usual peanut sauce I'm used to at Thai places. My friend had the Tofu Bahn Mi and said it was really good! I got the Mee Katang with beef, since the waitress said that was a good choice. It reminded me of Drunken Noodles, but was smothered in more sauce. The portion was pretty big and came with lots of veggies. High praise!

Since I have tried this place it is the only option for any asian food. Love it!

Food was fresh, so delicious and came out quick on a slow evening. The waitress/hostess was so kind and attentive. Will definitely be back!

It’s in an old Mill building and atmosphere is pretty bad. Everything is kind of sticky anywhere you touch or walk. Had the pho soup and that was pretty good although I don’t have a lot to compare it to. I’ve had better pho.

Got pho, it was delicious but the broth wasn't authentic Vietnamese flavor (I'm picky about my pho) and the only downfall about the atmosphere is that there's a gymnastics studio right above so you can hear the rumbling/footsteps repeatedly. But that's not the restaurants fault. Will come back to check out their Cambodian specialties though! Superb service.
