Went to Ice N Roll to try it out.
The place looked very runned down, no napkins in the only two dispensers, just not welcoming at all.
Also very very over priced. Prices are not advertised for specialty items like Dubai chocolate strawberries.
Don't waste your time, disappointment. My 9 year old even said she would not recommend, that says alot

I went there this morning just as they opened because I wanted to try the new Strawberry Dubai. As soon as we walked we waited for the girl to come to the counter. she said rudely menus are straight ahead and We wanted the Strawberry Dubai and she immediately and nastily said nope we are all sold out! That's what we went for now granted she could of at least said oh it will be available later in the day or recommended something else but no she just turned and walked away from us. If she is the owner shame on her or just a worker maybe that's not the place for you working with the public.

Everything is broken in this facility. They haven’t taken card in weeks and their restrooms are out of order. Service is bad too.

My daughter and I went her for the first time today and I have to say we truly enjoyed our experience! My daughter has been begging for “rolled ice cream” for a few months now and we were so excited to find Ice N’ Roll near us. The gal that helped us choose and made our ice cream was kind and knowledgeable, as well as very friendly. My child was more than excited to watch her make the creations—she had watch countless video online and is thrilled to have been able to watch it first hand. She got mint to be and I the Witches Brew, both were delicious. We will definitely be back!

First time here with my wife and the person who assisted me at 5 o’clock on a Wednesday was very, very rude. Had a stank attitude. No greeting just them telling us menus are up front and what did we want. Then was very cut dry and looked as if we were bothering her. Mind you we were the only ones in the building. As soon as we left , she went back on her FaceTime call . My fault I Interrupted your call. Nobody told you to apply at this job if you didn’t want to do it.

Amazing ice cream. Drove 30 minutes to try the candy apple sundae. It was our together like it was a piece of art. Was enough for 2 people and was reasonably priced. Was delicious.
This place is amazing. These ice cream dishes are a work of art. Well worth the drive from plymouth! Highly recommend

This place is absolutely disgusting! All the tables, pans, where they top the ice creams, and where the bases are, are filthy! My daughter worked there and used to tell me how the rags they used always smelled bad and were never washed, the dishes were never done correctly, were all washed in cold water and the back room was absolutely disgusting. She was treated incredibly poorly by one of the owners. The owners and manager used to talk about all the employees behind their backs and make fun of them with other employees. Her and several other employees weren't getting paid when they were supposed to or what they were supposed to. The owners must pocket most of the money they make because the employees don't get it in their checks and then they don't even spend it on the store. Most of what was advertised they never had because they never had the ingredients and supplies for them. The checks my daughter received bounced and now no check from them will clear. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please don't waste your money or take the chance of getting sick due to the uncleanliness of this establishment. Also, know that every dime that comes out of your pocket goes to the owners, not the person working and making your order, and not towards their stores. My daughter no longer works there because I won't allow her to continue working for free, continue to be told lies and excuses as to why the checks bounced, won't clear, or extremely lower than what they should be. Four months was long enough!
UPDATE: So to date my daughter received another check that bounced! She's owed 4 checks that we honestly do not think she will receive. Please, if your teenagers even think about working here, deter them. They will not get paid. Again, investing any money into this establishment is a waste of time. Not only are they overpriced, disgusting, and unsanitary, they DO NOT pay their employees. Next call is to the labor board, and the Board of Health
