Shake was off the hook. Customer service was excellent and worth the price I paid. Will be going back again.

Last time we were in the shop we had seen multiple people order milkshakes and they came out with these giant extravagant milkshakes full of toppings, as seen in many reviews on here. Yet when we went in tonight and ordered one, this is what we were brought, along with a bad attitude from who was serving us. Definitely not what we were expecting or hoping for. Very very very disappointed.

Not worth it and awful customer service. 1 person for a Saturday night, we waited close to an hour. One of my kids got a milkshake and he enjoyed it. My other son and myself took a few bites of our rolled ice cream, threw it out and went to Newport Creamery. All the ice cream only tasted like vanilla, not what we expected!

Went to Ice N Roll to try it out.
The place looked very runned down, no napkins in the only two dispensers, just not welcoming at all.
Also very very over priced. Prices are not advertised for specialty items like Dubai chocolate strawberries.
Don't waste your time, disappointment. My 9 year old even said she would not recommend, that says alot
I went there this morning just as they opened because I wanted to try the new Strawberry Dubai. As soon as we walked we waited for the girl to come to the counter. she said rudely menus are straight ahead and We wanted the Strawberry Dubai and she immediately and nastily said nope we are all sold out! That's what we went for now granted she could of at least said oh it will be available later in the day or recommended something else but no she just turned and walked away from us. If she is the owner shame on her or just a worker maybe that's not the place for you working with the public.
