Horrible experience, my husband got a steak and cheese sub with onions,peppers and mushrooms, he got the veggies,no steak,my daughter also got a steak and cheese,it was pathetic, we will never ho thete again !!

This Jersey Mike's needs to do better with reading the mobile orders and their customer service. We ordered three grinders through the mobile app. One of them was a mini vegetable sandwich, one steak and cheese, and one BLT with no mayo. We got it home and the mini was actually a regular. They put mayonnaise all over the BLT. So we called back, they said that we had to bring the food back to prove to them that it was made incorrectly. So whatever because we were not going to eat it anyways, but I'm pretty sure it's a health code violation for them to ask for food to be brought back. We also let them know that all three of our sandwiches had extremely stale bread. They remade the BLT, but refused to do anything about the other two subs with the stale bread - which you could break a tooth on! To boot they were extremely rude. We asked to speak to a manager, but apparently they let a bunch of teenagers work at night with no manager on duty.

12/13/23 7:34 pmWalked in, ordered 3 giant subs coupon in hand. greeted by two handsome gentleman. Who proceeded to gracefully assemble all 3 in a latin minute. Not only was impressed by the quickness, but the sheer craftsmanship of my sandwiches. 5 Stars to the Kobe and Shaq of jersey mikes.

Did like this place til I waited 25 mins past my pick up time watching others who had ordered after me get their food. When I brought it up they said other people were getting cold subs. Little did they know my friend was one of those people and was eating a hot sub. I canceled and left. Won’t be going back.

Had an online order with specific instructions for two sandwiches neither were right. The swearing and racial slurs that the staff were using on the night of 8/28 needs to stop before something happens especially when they’re being yelled across the restaurant.
