The food was delicious, the pickup counter for my mobile order was disorganized, making me wait and being told they did they didn't receive the order. Turns out it was by first name only. Altogether still a great place to get food! Hope they can clear the pickup counter issue.

The best southern cooking in New England My mom in-law was from Mississippi. She made the best fried chicken, biscuits,etc. now unfortunately she's passed away. KFC is all well get . Also, their coleslaw is #1 bar none
Super impressed. Clean and up to date. The staff are almost all teenagers, probably still in high school, and they are great with customer service, polite and prompt. Nice to see given what I've seen elsewhere.

Shut this place down I never write reviews I know it affects the entire store but after multiple trips to this location it’s not for to my customer to be treated as a bother. My family loves kfc unfortunately this location is an embarrassment to any reputable kfc. Employees are so rude they go out of their to do it clean floors and wipe counters to Avoid helping you never have any chicken Always limited options and I’ve noticed every time they are preparing my meal somebody is Spraying cleaning products and mopping the floors an hour or two before they close so confusing

So tired of lazy employees who just cant do their job and then give you an attitude on top of it for simply asking to get what you paid for. Theres 35% of my small side missing and its always something everytime i come here. Go to another location or somewhere else to eat.
