This is one of the worst KFC locations I've ever been to. The young people that work in the store don't understand customer service, and I can tell why, because the managers don't even see that something's wrong. This is the only restaurant in the entire city where there could be a dining room full of people who have not been served, yet every employee is focused on the drive-thru, or walking around trying to look fake busy. Don't order through the quick pickup window. They will leave your food sitting there getting cold and soggy in a sealed back that collects a bunch of moisture condensation and makes your food a wet lukewarm mess. It's disgusting that they do this, it's not a food safety measure I don't know who even came up with that. It's silly that it's supposed to be a quick pick up menu but no one is ever at the front cash register or at the counter where the quick pick up booth is. There's nothing quick about it. Your best bet is to just use the drive-thru. Unless you want to be standing around staring into space while people pretend you are invisible. At the drive-thru they can't ignore you, and that area of the store seems to be their only concern anyway. What's up with these restaurants not putting all of the things that are on the order receipt into the bag? If I order something that comes with a dip or sauce and I tell you what sauce is requested, then sauce is part of my order. I paid for the sauce, it is factored into the full order total are the company when they set the prices of the meals. What makes these people think that they are giving it to me as a courtesy or a gift? If it's not in the bag then the order is incomplete. If someone orders tenders or nuggets, you put the sauce in the bag. Even a child understands that. Not these people! Thanks for the bag of wet soggy slop though!

Terrible management try doing an order online for a 12 piece bucket. That was all bone-based chicken asked the manager who has the power to change what i receive to 12 strips at her discrepancy but says they cannot because itâs online. Manager of Fall River ma location 9/10/24 at 2pm. Other managers on duty had no problem doing this a month ago but now all of a sudden this manager canât. Didnât even have it in her to come say it to me herself and explain it

They forgot my fries for my order and I went and parked right in front of the drive thru window and yelled to the guy âexcuse me there are no fries in my boxâ, he completely ignored me and continued taking all the cars in line (extremely rude, poor service). I didnât go inside because I have my 2 toddlers in the car and my baby (hence the reason I used the drive thru). So I went up to the drive thru window and he was being completely rude and dismissing me as Iâm explaining to him I cannot go inside because I have my children in the car and tells me he needs to take the line first, even though I was way before all those cars and have my screaming child. It takes 1 minute to pass me fries. It was their mistake and instead of fixing it he gets mad at me and makes me wait with my baby and 2 other kids in the car while he gives everyone else their food. I wouldnât even give the service 1 star. I was given no apology
