The lady that helped me was not ready for the job just yet. Luckily there was someone in the building that helped with the language barrier and told her what I wanted. I ordered a 12 oz smoothie and was charged for 16oz. Paid cash but getting the change back took a bit because of counting. She tried 3 different lids and finally settled on the one that fit the least. It actually blew off in the wind when I was leaving, and I never did catch up to it. Lol. I took this one on the chin because it was a slow day and everyone needs time to learn and I’m from far out of town so unlikely to return. Best of luck. The smoothie was good.

Pros: Very nice to have in our area with some healthy options! The owner is super sweet, kind and attentive. My fiance bought one of her juice smoothies and it was delicious!
Cons: Went in with the intention of getting a protein shake as advertised, but from the already small selection of protein shakes that were on the menu, they only had about one or two available. Which is why my fiance went with the juice smoothie instead. Needing the protein, I chose the one I thought would be better (I believe it was a peanut butter based one) however, it was not a hit for me. I ended up tossing it and grabbing one at a different protein shake shop.
We did not taste or grab anything else, but off the drinks we did get, I dont think I would stop in again. Maybe if I was in the area I'd try some of the food options, but its not somewhere I would go to as a first choice.

Just tried Lakay Nutrition after my workout. Sauny was very friendly and made me a great protein shake. The atmosphere is very nice, with a cute wall to take photos if you want. Easy and convenient parking, and easy to find. Will definitely be back!
