Melissa is AMAZING! I can’t say enough great things about her. Her business is adorable, the teas and shakes are amazing, but her customer service is phenomenal. I LOVE that she’s transparent about what goes into her teas- it seems like a lot of tea and shake places want to keep it a secret. I was willing to drive over 15 minutes to LnS (passing other tea places along the way!) just because I love how Melissa runs her business. I used to feel awkward going into tea and shake places because I had no idea what I was doing/ where to start; all I knew was I wanted to start a healthier journey, and replacing my daily large caramel swirl with a healthy tea seemed like the place to start ;) I didn’t feel uncomfortable or awkward when visiting LnS, all the girls are super friendly and welcoming and will explain everything to you. I was blown away when she offered to teach me how to make the teas I love, so I don’t have to drive 15 minutes each day for a tea. Not many business owners are willing to teach you their ways, which shows how great Melissa is.
