This is like the 5th time my order was wrong,the manger that work last night the cape verdean one ,was not to fix my problem, after explaining the situation, i ordered on the app to there store,I ordered extra stuff by by accident, and told them before the food was done anything was done, that I ordered it by mistake and I specified what I wanted and I still didn't get that, got my order wrong again,all I wanted to to be in the book for next time for something I paid for already,I spoke to like to 3manger none of them is trying to fix the problem,and my rude, corporate needs to talk to them....

If i could rate zero stars with tonight's experience i would! Every single employee standing around talking and arms crossed over their chests! Then I'm assuming this customer (along with 3 other customers waiting to be served ) was picking up a door dash order and the girls that were standing around had the audacity to ask if he was taking pictures because his door dash customers were messaging him asking him why he was taking so long.... Horrible customer service!

Saying service was terrible would imply there was service. Be prepared to walk in and be completely ignored by a full staff. You can order on the kiosks and eventually get your food which in our case wasn't even correct

Unbelievable experience. Ignored repeatedly. Not one, but 4 staff standing around in a circle looking at photos while the food I was picking up sat on the counter getting colder and colder. No exaggeration, I was ignored for over 10 minutes. When I was finally helped, I was met with immediate attitude. I asked for the food to be remade as this was a door dash delivery and the customer was going to receive cold food. The "manager" informed me she was going to call the police if I didn't take the cold food. What in the world? My mind is blown. I have never been treated so poorly.

This is without a doubt by far the worst McDonald's I waited over 30 minutes for my food watching people come and go and when I asked what was going on come to find out they cleared my order from the screen so it sat there to the side getting cold while they served about 20 other people and then they gave me burnt cold food. Oh but they gave me bigger cups for the Happy meals and didn't give me my drink but a water in a small cup then looked at me crazy when I got upset. So asked for a refund and so did 3 other people after me and another lady ordered regular big Mac's and they gave her chicken big Mac's instead. AND THE MANAGER SAID, "WELL I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO". Come on SERIOUSLY!!!

Went last night. Was told by the worker on the speaker to give him a moment. Patiently waited for him in the drive through. At this point in time there’s no other cars behind us or at the 2nd intercom. A car pulls up minutes later and then he proceeds to take their order and so we said “hello” and no response. Another vehicle approaches in the 2nd intercom after the first one and he also takes their order before us. Said hello again and no response. Guess I was just talking to myself then, should’ve just went in and made my own food at that point. Wack service
