Typically always a great experience, I just want to give you guys a heads up about the whole penny situation. You need to figure that out because having customers pay exact change or making your employees give out five cents as a mandatory return to the customers is really gonna cost your company both time and moneyjust saying.

I go to this specific mcdonalds often because I work close by. My food is always on point but the service usually is a little let's say unpleasant. But I had an above and beyond experience with one of the workers, Brianna. She was so friendly and went way above her duties to assist me. And she was already busy because I heard, im assuming a supervisor, ask her if she had done XYZ (some kind of paperwork) and she responded not yet I haven't had the chance and she still...
