I bet that little stunt pulled last night was real funny. I asked for a Simple order & i was the only one in line but because I wanted a special request on my 2 burgers they intentionally got my order wrong. How do you say my order 3 times back to me & still get it wrong ? Bunch of goofy, inexperienced, & sad excuse of workers I ever seen I know it was done intentionally.

The place was disgusting. Filthy. The floor looked like it hadn't been washed in days. But so busy no one could take a minute to breathe. It took well over 20 minutes to get my order inside after placing the order, and it was only $9.

Had a Uber food order ,o spent over 50$ never received our food !! only drinks, then we called mc.donalds they said it was their fault and our food would be here soon, after waiting another 15-30 min we called Mc.Donalds again and they were giving us the run around , saying well just get a refund!! Just!! ???? This isn’t the first time either , that they have screwed our orders up (Uber eats ) so one of the drivers got free food!! Your Welcome !!! Sad part was it was my daughter’s only money ! And they just wanted to order food (Simple? ) Wrongggg it turned into B.S. so even though it was through Uber
Mc. Donald’s was not paying attention, we called 3 times and was given different answers we waited 2 hours .. I understand they’re busy but they should not have let a different Uber person take our food .. then try to just get us off the phone ! They should have fixed it ! We just wanted our food !! Like I don’t complain much but its getting to be really really ridiculous.. we don’t order much cause it’s too expensive like some people can’t just order another place and then wait too see if they can get a refund !!
But I’m really upset that they literally stole our food ( Uber Driver) that’s what is the worst part of it all.. and we don’t know which Uber driver because one dropped off our drinks and said they where told someone else would drop off the Food?? What?? That makes no sense it was one order!!! I’m beyond disappointed, aggravated and frustrated..
