I pulled up to the window and the employee was very kind. I ordered 2 large fries and a mchicken, he let me know the fries may take a little longer (good customer service) It didn’t take long at all and when I got my food it was hot n delicious!, and he even asked if I wanted any sauce :) went here at 3am the night/morning crew know what they doing.

Mobile app is turning into a scam, just used $3 off code and didn't get the discount. Not the first time this happened and I'm sure it won't be the last. Update Apparently if you purchase a meal with a so called lowered price make the discount invalid. Keep that in mind people. Read the fine print. And of course a large fry is usually just a large fry box with the same amount of fries as a medium.

How hard is it to get an order right when there is nobody in line? Its not like I had a complicated order. Just a burrito and a sandwich. Can't get that right. Try harder and these guys want $20 and hour. Laughable

Bay State Explorer

I stop at this McDonald’s often — always quick, friendly, and consistent! Today I checked the app to compare calories between a small mocha frappe (420 cal) and an ice cream cone (200 cal). I chose the cone, but they were out of ice cream, so I switched to the frappe with light chocolate drizzle — and it came out perfectly!

Everything was great, and the staff handled it with kindness.
Suggestion: I wish the app would update calorie counts automatically when I customize an order (like removing whipped cream or drizzle). That would make tracking even easier!

Incredible sitting at drive thru waiting 5 mins see a worker come out as I'm saying hello ? I then ask worker if they are open which they are . He says only 2 guys gotta be patient. 🤣 what? Spent went to Burger King

I don’t often have complaints .
I love this restaurant and the people
But I came in the drive thru and my burger had finger prints all in it , the burger was sloppy ketchup everywhere ridiculous guy .

THE SLOWEST in fall river hands down.
Last night, there was a fender bender in the drive through. They had enough time to get out of the car, try to look for damage, have a whole interaction and exchange info without the line moving AT ALL... people turn their cars OFF at this drive thru to save gas because it takes so long. Get a new night manager

Just make sure you check your orders if you redeem any deals or get a free item it doesn’t make it into the bag 8/10 times I get a order with more than 3 things stuff is missing

This location charges $1.39 for a slice of cheese which is ridiculous and earns this one star review the one in New Bedford charges only 49 cents. There is absolutely no excuse the reason to charge a $1.39 for a slice of cheese
