We went out for Valentine's dinner ended up at mesa 21. How much it was good although it was fairly busy we could still carry a conversation. The service was phenomenal. My date got the Portuguese steak, it was very bland and plain like it had been charbroiled with no seasonings and then put in a plate with sauce. My polvo(octopus) was very much the same including extremely rubbery the sauce itself was outstanding my potatoes some will cooked and somewhere extremely tough or raw. Although the service was wonderful I probably would not repeat this

This location was Horrible last night by two of their arrogant male waiters. Ordered soup and waited 35 minutes told the waiter and there was no interest in rectifying the situation, proceeded to take care of another table, comes back and tells us the cook did not see the soup on the order. Proceeds to give us a beer on the house without asking if that’s what we wanted places the beer on the table and walks away. Proceeds to bring us the food plates incomplete of our order (fries). Watched while another table received their complete order with fries. Needed to ask for the manager who came over and wanted to try and take care of the situation yet the complete absence of service led us to leave the food and get up and leave. While outside an arrogant male who stated he was the manager comes outside with two plates of fries for what I don’t know yet it added insult to injury. I proceeded to walk in and speak to the lady who said she was the mgr and proceeded to tell her about her staff. The guy who came in with the fries felt this was a funny situation. If a staff feels that they can act with such arrogance not including the female mgr makes me wonder what type of ownership is in place. They did not get my money last night nor will they ever and I will make it my personal mission to tell anyone I can about the horrible service and staff @ mesa 21. Each action has a corresponding repercussions.

visited for the first time in years and wow will definitely not take that long again. Food was amazing as well as apps. portion size was great and prices weren't bad at all for the amount of food. waitress was very attentive and checked in often. was a perfect place to go for date night.

Drove from Wareham to Fall River for buck a shuck on Sunday. Arrived at 4pm. So sad…they had run out of oysters. The bartender Alex was so sweet. She explained we should arrive earlier next time because it is so popular. Decided to stay. It was delicious. Alex informed me the pizza had a thinner crust than the flatbread , and asked the chef to put flatbread toppings on my pizza. It was delicious. Others had the cod with little necks and chourico. A little spicy but delicious. Restaurant is small but clean and comfortable. We sat at the bar and glad we did. Had great meal, drinks, and a helpful, pleasant server in Alex. Thank you
