Tonight my husband and I ordered from Mr. Chen for the first time and we will definitely be ordering again! Absolutely delicious! the dumplings were packed so full and the chourico fried rice was soooo good! 10/10

Everything was really salty. Portuguese eggrolls didn't have much if any chorizo in them. Would try again, though, maybe it was just a tough Night? It was very busy.

Ordered lunch today for the very 1st time. Wasn't happy that General Tso chicken was not white meat. not sure if I should have specified but don't think I'll go back.

We had a similar experience 2 weeks in a row now. we put an order in and was told 55 minutes for pick up. it was a Friday night at a popular Chinese restaurant so I expected that. When I arrived 55 minutes later I was told they deeply apologized but the order was not started yet but should be ready soon. I paus for my order and waited. I should have learned my lesson from the previous week but I finally received my order 45 minutes later. waiting 2 hours from first placing the call is ridiculous especially for pickup and not delivery and being told a specific time. There has been other times where I called and was told they were too backed up to take any orders. The food is good and the staff at checkout counter were very nice and did all they could. in my opinion they need to figure out a better way to handle the influx of orders to control wait times. I'm afraid people will stop going for good reasoning if this keeps up.

Last night, I placed on order for delivery around 5:30/40. It did not arrive until 8:30, theee hours later. I called around 7:40 asking if it had been on the way yet, but stated they still have it waiting and it’s leaving any minute. Granted, it was a Friday night, but that’s no excuse for 3 hours. The food is usually high quality and doesn’t leave you feeling gross afterwards, but the fried rice itself tasted very off and perhaps rushed. Same with the chicken fingers. I’m sorry but with a resturant this popular, there needs to be a better system whether it’s more staff and/or informing people they can’t receive further orders due to how backed up they are. This was ridiculous and not fair to other, I kind of wish I could’ve just gotten a refund and ordered elsewhere.

The service at this place is trash. How do I put in a order at 1:00pm for 7:30pm and still waited inside the store for an extra hour.
Went and ordered food last night, Chicken Chow Mein, Beef Fried Rice (extra $2.00), teriyaki Beef!!! It was horrible, the chicken chow mein was nothing but brown gravy, small portion of boneless ribs and chicken teriyaki!!! The rice was burnt and terrible!!! I don’t know what is going with quality with this restaurant, but you got me once, never again will return, and being a food blogger, I will spread the word… $30 dollars for low quality food…

Tried Mr Chen’s for the first time yesterday. Fantastic food, like the best Chinese food we’ve had! Did delivery since I am sick and it arrived on time and still hot. Just a great experience all around, our new go to for great Chinese food!

We spent $66.00 on delivery 2 nights ago because I heard how great the food is. The batter on the chicken fingers was so thick that it was mushy inside and the chicken pieces were small and dry. The boneless ribs looked delicious in the picture but also overcooked and hard to chew. The teriyaki chicken and beef were horrible. The beef was like shoe leather. The only things edible was the pork loin mein and plain lo mein. I ended up throwing every else away. I don't know if it was just one of those days, but I will never waste my money on this restaurant again.

Disappointed for the fried shrimps, was greasy and flavorless. Rice was stale not fresh. Veggies were ok but overall will not try food again . However, boba tea was so so good and delicious and well made . I recommend boba tea for you all.

So ordered here for first time paid quite a bit for what I decided to try biggest issue was I bought beef teriyaki small for 8.85 their was 3 pieces for that price
