We had a similar experience 2 weeks in a row now. we put an order in and was told 55 minutes for pick up. it was a Friday night at a popular Chinese restaurant so I expected that. Last night, I placed on order for delivery around 5:30/40. It did not arrive until 8:30, theee hours later. I called around 7:40 asking if it had been on the way yet, but stated they still have it waiting and it’s leaving any minute. Granted, it was a Friday night, but that’s no excuse for 3 hours.
