The food was not good. No flavor to the rice, dry teriyaki and spareribs and flavorless packets of sweet and sour sauce.

Ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken combo plate and while I was eating the pork fried rice I bit down on something hard, take it out of my mouth and surprise a metal screw. Absolutely disgusting.

Horrible, horrible service! After waiting over an hour and half for my delivery I called to check on status. Was told manager would call me back. After another 20 minutes no call had to call back. Again manager on the phone. Despite saying twice to cancel my order since now on two hours. They already charged my credit card and had audacity to deliver the food despite saying I didn’t want anymore. They obviously didn’t put the order through until I had to call twice but had no problem immediately charging my card. Totally unacceptable.

By far the most awful Chinese food I've had the displeasure of spending money in New england.i ordered Egg roll they gave me a spring roll. The fried rice tasted like it came from a rusty pan, the ribs were overcooked and dry. The only redeeming item were the chicken fingers. Also got food poisoning.

Fried rice is awful. Chicken teriyaki taste nothing like teriyaki. I only gave it a two because I did eat it. Won't get food from here anymore.

My favorite chinese restaurant in the city and I've tried them all.I order virtually the same thing every time now, as its consistently delicious every time, but I used to order a range of things at first. Hands down the best Hunan Chicken in the city. Great portions at good prices and always hot, too. Staff is friendly as well.5 stars.

So when I want Chinese fast food. I want something salty, greasy(the good kind of course), spicy and fresh. For any food Chinese food spot my go to test plate is always the Pepper Steak combo. Oh you don't know what that is, it's not at YOUR favorite Chinese place of choice?!? Well then I'm sorry to inform you...that place is not a TRUE place for Chinese fast food. Hey don't get mad at me... New Gardens Pepper Steak is perfectly tender, the sauce it's just the right thickness... Their fried rice is of the darker variety and oh so tasty. This place would get a 5 but their Chicken Wings although battered and fried to perfection just needed a lil more flavor. This place is certified Worth-my-hard-earned-money, and if you know me and my reviews that means the world to me. I need value and I need to please my taste buds and fill my ever growing tummy?.

Moist and fluffy rice. My father loved the scallops and shrimp in garlic sauce; you get jumbo shrimp for below the market price. The Pad Thai was fine, but on the vinegary side. They generously gave us a free entrée of General Tso’s chicken served over broccoli! ? New Garden can improve by putting more filling inside their crab rangoons.
