Only OK food and service

Good for bagels. Are with cream cheese and basic but I just paid $13 for a mediocre bagel with chicken salad. Not even much on it and a pickle. That’s nuts! SMH

I was ordering a specialty coffee in the drive-through, and the lady was so rude. I ordered a specialty coffee, and she kept saying, “How’s it made?” I’m thinking, “It’s your specialty coffee. Why are you asking me how it is made?” I told her I have never been asked that when I ordered here, and she snapped and said, “You don’t know how your coffee is made.” I thought again. It’s your specialty coffee. What is she talking about? Finally, after a few minutes, she, with all the attitude she could muster up, finally asked the simple question, “What kind of milk would you like?” I actually couldn’t believe she went through all of this because she couldn’t figure out how to ask a question. This interaction was the worst I have ever had at any coffee shop in Fall River. To make it worse, I ordered a hot coffee, and they handed me a freezing cold coffee in a hot cup. This actually was the worst experience I have had at any coffee shop anywhere in years.

Usually great service, but today (maybe because of the holiday rush) your team was especially rude. Instead of simply saying “ hi, sorry we are are all out of food” we were scoffed at for asking questions about what was available.

Chill.

I waited quite a while before anyone even acknowledged I was there to order. I originally came for a chorizo, egg, and cheese, but they were out of both eggs and chorizo. I decided to go with the chicken salad on a bagel, adding bacon and provolone, toasted. When I got to the window, the total was $15 and change, which is extremely overpriced for what it was.

I confirmed with the cashier that the bagel would be toasted, and she said yes. Instead, her attitude at the window came across as dismissive and irritated, which made the interaction uncomfortable. When I finally received my order and drove away, I realized the cheese I paid for was missing and the bagel wasn’t toasted. It was cold. Not worth the money at all.

Since I was pressed for time, I couldn’t turn back to demand a refund. This will be the last time I visit this location. I’ve never had issues at their Plymouth Ave spot, so this experience was both disappointing and surprising. Buyer beware.

If you like a lot of cream cheese on your bagel this is the place for you. If you don't ask for it on the side.

Go every Saturday for bagels for years now . I ordered half dozen bagels and cream cheese I asked if we could get one of them toasted to go oh no that has to be another sale . I have to say I was a little disappointed. 😔
