Wow. Haven't been here since last owner. A lot has changed. Tuesday, not quite noon. No turkey. No swiss cheese. No everything bagels. Any one of those would have been forgivable. Three strikes in a row, and the counter person needs to get a personality. No "I'm sorry we're out of that right now." Just: "We don't have that." Guy after me was totally ignored as he waited, only to be told "No turkey today." Finally, got back to work with my 'nothing special sandwich'. Definitely won't be in my lunch rotation. Only thing good I can say is the pickles were good.

Manager Dee re made my coffee for me this morning after I wasn’t satisfied with the original and it was delicious! So kind! i didn’t know it was her birthday, so happy birthday! Great customer service, yummy bagels!

Great bagels but that's where it stops. You have to deal with rude employees who should probably not be working with the public. The female employee over the intercom who cuts into the conversation when I was ordering from another employee likes to bark orders at customers who place an order in an unapproved sequence. And to top it off, they forget to include the over priced cream cheese in the order bag. Have been a customer for years, but unfortunately will be taking some time off from visiting. Very disappointed in today's visit.

HORRIBLE! Ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and 2 coffees. Sat down to get a table, as it was busy, while my son waited for our order. About 5 minutes we get our coffees. Twenty minutes still no food ...to find out they don't have one of the bagels and they don't know where the other is! I'll NEVER go back!

Very expensive for the quality and service you receive and your order will be wrong 90% of the time. You request a certain bagel? Yeah, good luck getting it! Cinnamon sugar seems to be their main issue to keep in stock. It's mind boggling that they are out before 11 AM...?? Taunton has no issues with stock and the quality and service is far superior. Fall River has staffing issues for sure and they are quite rude here compared to other locations. Sad. I'll take my business somewhere elsewhere for sure. Preciously I had been coming here for 8 years. I actually kind of miss the old owners shockingly. Back then I could actually count on my food items being correct at least!!

Service is virtually non existent, extremely rude, short young female has a crappy attitude and thinks she’s above everyone…contacting the new owner for a very nice conversation about my experience…mind you this is not the first time this has happened, I usually just stay quiet, pay for my food and leave…not this time…I will update review when I speak to management…

If you don't tip , there demeanor totally changes . They should talk to their boy Cliff Ponte about asking for more money . Service sucks , waited in drive thru for 10 minutes . Will go to NY Fresh Bagel instead.

We purchase bagels today and the bagels were flat and they didn’t take good. Maybe an ingredient was missing. And shape of bagels were oval in lieu of being round. Very disappointed!

I could live off of the cinnamon and sugar bagels from NYB! By far the best bagels I've ever had and there's so many delicious options to choose from. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Stood at the counter for ten minutes waiting to be acknowledged with 6 people working, laughing and fooling around. The woman who finally took our order was very unfriendly. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese. Bacon was completely raw and had to be taken off the sandwich. I do not recommend places that do not take pride in their staff or product.

DO NOT get a side of cream cheese they will charge you $7 for a small side of it .. I’ve been going here for yearrrrs and never been charged sooo much for a side of CC ! That’s ridiculous it’s not worth it. I ordered 2 bagels it came out to $25 for 2 bagels and 1 cream cheese side
