My daughter and I for lunch to see my niece working as a waitress.. she was very freindly and helpful .. I ordered the Philly cheese steak with curly fries and my daughter ordered an appetizer sampler .. as my niece is a new server so she still asks questions .. I heard her go to the grill where the Manager or supervisor was behind the grill .. my niece asked the manager if the paper was done right with the Phillycheese steak and curly fries and that woman actually yelled @ my niece SAYING I DIDN’T TAKE THE ORDER SO IDK … and I hear my niece say I know you didn’t I am asking if it right with the curly fries she raised her voice again @ her again says idk I didn’t take the order … like woow woman you treat new employees that way teach them don’t be rude and make kids feel like they don’t want to work there soo unprofessional on her part she shouldn’t be a manager or supervisor if she can’t teach these young 16/17 year old kids the right way … food wasn’t that good either probably because miss cranky pants was behind the grill making food …

Me and my friend went here today, and the customer service was horrible. There was this one woman who ignored my friend waiting to take her order, she was first in line, and the woman was taking the orders of the people behind her before taking hers. It took THIRTY MINUTES just to take the order, not even for the food itself. We weren't even rude or disrespectful, we frequent this restaurant often and have never received this service. And I found a BONE in my waffles to go. Never have I seen this service at this establishment. I don't suggest going here unless it's just for the ice cream.

The otherday a friend and i stood at the window in the hot sun as we watched several of the workers sluggishly moving around for about 5 mins... when they finally took our order at the window (pistachio ice cream with peanut butter, and chocolate chip raspberry ice cream in a cone) they proceeded to ask us repeatedly what we ordered, almost giving me my ice cream with carmel, and forgetting her cone... seemed vary messy and carless... I'm a stoner so to be honest it seemed like the whole crew took several thc gummies and all were zoned out... this is the reason why businesses go under these days... i work in customer sevice and have never operated in that fashion while at my job... they were vary careless and unmotivated to work

We went for breakfast and it was ok. I have had so much better breakfasts but this was just ok. They weren't fresh cut potatoes for ho fries they were these cubed frozen potatoes that are horrible. So I had 2 eggs over easy with homefries and 2 pancakes and bacon. I asked for wheat toast as well but never received it. Pancakes were good not great. I had to ask for refills on my coffee in order to get it. My wife had the skillet which was scrambled eggs bacon sausage on a skillet which wasn't mixed well like thrown together with a hollandaise sauce which wasn't homemade at all. It looked gross. I haven't been to Newport Creamery in years. Back in the day they were the bomb !!! This I can say will be my last time going there. Not a good experience very disappointed. They at least have kept the place up and when we left it was pretty busy.

Whom I'm assuming is the manager. She was helping a customer before me, touched the customers money and so forth. Right after, she takes my order, doesn't sanitize/clean her hands before getting my milkshake cups. She touched the inside of my cup, with her hands that are currently unclean (from the dirty money), then put one glove on, took that off to touch an iPad and computer screen, and then, puts the glove back on and continues making my milkshakes. I am upset about this service, as I go here often for a good dessert.

Not sure who's running this place but there needs to be an improvement. We arrived and got into line for the outdoor ice cream take out, we were third in line. As we waited we realized the first woman in line had not even been acknowledge never mind actually took her order. After waiting and waiting no one came, looking through the window there was clearly staff who also weren't helping the person inside either. After fifteen minutes we exited the line and headed home, the woman who was waiting up front still had not been contacted. I feel so bad for her. We took a chance on Newport Creamery and struck out, oh well, there are plenty of places to get a milkshake.
