I went here with my family as a kid and got to take my own kid for a milkshake recently. I will miss this place when it's gone, it was such a a simple and decent spot for food and ice cream.

Just had the worst experience here and probably will not come back. First we waited for over an hour for the food. When we asked our server if the food was almost ready we were told we were next up despite other tables who came in 15 minutes after us getting their food before us. When we get the food the order was inaccurate and actually disgusting. My grandsons “Spanish omelette” the cheese was not even melted just straight up cold sliced cheese. It took another 10-15 minutes for them to redo the omelette and actually melt the cheese. My wife and I each ordered a 3x3. When we got the food we immediately noticed on my wife’s plate she only got 1 slice of bacon instead of 3. Only 2 eggs instead of 3. 1 1/2 sausage links instead of 3. On my plate I only had 2 of everything instead of 3. When we mentioned it to the server she said we ordered the 2x3 which we didn’t. We had to ask to get the correct amount of bacon, eggs, and sausage. Food was ok taste wise besides extremely crispy bacon that was practically inedible. Omelette was okay but not worth getting again. I really feel like this was done intentionally because we asked how much longer it would be. No discount on the bill no apology from a manager. Waste of money and time today.

Every time we come to this place, our order is wrong and they barely ever make it right. Tonight, staff never even checked in on us until we were finished eating to find out that my order was wrong. Glad my kids and husband ate well, but when you work hard for your money, it’s better to spend it at a company that cares about customer experience.

It was ok. It's mostly ice cream. They make eggs but couldn't make my eggs the way I wanted them scrambled, they told me no. I didn't like that
Service was horrible. Took about 20 minutes to take our order then ended up taking an hour for the food to actually come out which was after we asked if the order was placed... Party of 5, one of which was a toddler who got Mac and cheese. Food was not good at all. Will not be coming back after this....

The waiter was very friendly. Food was decent. Place was clean. I am giving overall one star because I only ordered w turkey club and mac n cheese. It took over 45 minutes to be brought to the table. Place was dead, only 2 other tables had people. There was more than one wait staff. Same thing happened last time but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them another chance. Totally unacceptable to wait that long for 2 simple dishes.

when they make a good awful awful, it’s very good. The one I got had sour milk but that’s rare. They get 1 start service rating because anytime you show up to the window, if your the only one there or there’s 4 people before you.m, your guaranteed to be there for an hour. If hey work unbelievably slow it’s kind of ridiculous. The few teenagers that work that window work so horribly slow and I understand they get paid most likely minimum wage but it’s no excuse to slog around to the extent that they do. I mean you will watch them in the window and it’s so slow you begin to think they are purposely working at a snails pace. Like I mean walking around with with tiny chop steps, looking like my son when he’s purposely doing something slow to throw a fit. Lmao.
