Employee at window has no customer service skills. After repeating my order several times and explaining exactly what I wanted. The server just made it the way they wanted. I even walked in to show the young lady the menu. Was told they only make one sundae and despite the many times I had to correct her ice cream choices(asked for two different flavors/just made two the same) and toppings(had to ask for whipped cream) it was still wrong(no hot fudge). I noticed that her demeanor was off and I tried my best to just stay calm and get out of there. My wife ended up going back to get her topping(hot fudge). I was done. May wanna talk to employee about writing orders down ad getting a handle on the menu. I’ll stick to Newport and Seekonk from now on.

Waited forever for our apps. Ordered 9 piece mozzarella sticks and got 5. Meal came quickly after that but was wrong. Ended up not having time to eat at all and had to leave. Wife had to take hers to go.

The service here is very good and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is also very good and at a very good price. The managers are very attentive and show an eagerness for customers to enjoy their experience while dining. A+++
Has handicapped parking and a ramp, but needs a handicapped door! I've! Been twice with my walker, they are very accommodating! But the entrance vestibule is very tight! Good place! ?Wheelchair accessibility: It's! Fine outside parking/ramp, indoors, (space) but as I mentioned the entryway is tight!
