Great food and great drinks! Can’t wait to come back here!
food portions are way too small just like the menu..Go to the Black whale.
It was the 2nd time I ever been there And i was with a party of 3. One of the party was male. They do not let us in because no men allowed with tank tops. It 90° today.
Very good experience! Nic or waiter was awesome!
Great food , drinks service
Pier 52 in Fall River was an absolute treat! I visited for lunch with my two nieces and we were all so impressed — it’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger and savor every bite. The seafood was incredibly fresh and expertly prepared — from the perfectly cooked fish to the flavorful sides, everything tasted like it came straight from the ocean.
The drinks were another highlight: refreshing, well crafted, and just the right complement to our meal. Whether you’re in the mood for a crisp cocktail or something more playful, the bar does not disappoint.
The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, with a beautiful setting that made our lunch feel like a special occasion.
Pier 52 is a gem on the water — five stars all the way!
I can give 4 stars for food, I had fish n chips which was delicious. The service I can’t even say lackluster because there was none. My server was Nicholas and he really didn’t seem like he wanted to wanted to give us service. Never really checked on anything and my water glass never refilled or asked if I wanted another lemonade. I dine all over and this was not one of the better servers by any stretch. Sorry! But the view of the water and freshness of the fish was great!
Went here for a special occasion after my younger sister picked out her wedding dress—first time visiting and drove 2 hours from home. Both my mothers and other sisters food had facial hair baked right into the meal. One was found at the beginning of the meal, my mothers (fish tacos), and they remade it (didn’t come out until the rest of us were almost done), and my sisters spotted her hair toward the end after she had already eaten 70% of her meal (fish n’ chips). At this point they comped both meals, and both the appetizers we got (focaccia bread and the crab Rangoon nachos, which was the star of the meal tbh). No manager on duty to speak to, but our waiter was fantastic and worked with us. I got a side Cesar which was fine, and clam chowder that was subpar for New England.
The good news is the atmosphere and the service were both phenomenal. Can’t beat the view, live music and attentive wait staff. The food however was simply sub par. We started with the crab nachos and I barely tasted nor saw any crab. The clam appetizer was fairly good. We waited a long time for our dinner to arrive which was fine because we were enjoying the atmosphere but when it finally came my swordfish skewers were literally cold. Not just a little cold on the outside but no warmer within either. They did take it off the bill. The baked stuffed lobster was the worst I’ve ever had. It was way over cooked and all the meat was still in the shell. They simply split the body and added some ritz cracker stuffing. The shell was so hard we barely could crack it. The stuffing has no crab nor lobster in it. Had to even work the meat out of the tail.
I am so sorry to report this food critic but with such a wonderful setting and good service it is an injustice to not have a kitchen staff that can deliver quality food. I’ll go back for drinks only next time or until I hear they have paid up to get an experienced chef on board.
We hosted a surprise proposal brunch for my sister-in-law at Pier 52, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the very beginning, Tiffany was incredible, so organized, responsive, and thoughtful in helping us put the entire event together seamlessly.
We had a party of 38 guests, and even though the space is cozy, the team handled everything like pros. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was just right for a special moment like this.
A special shoutout to Olivia, who went above and beyond making sure all our guests were taken care of , she kept the drinks flowing and brought such a great energy to the celebration.
For a smaller venue, the staff truly delivered a top-tier experience. Everything ran smoothly, and the day was unforgettable. Highly recommend Pier 52 for any special event , especially if you want something intimate, fun, and flawlessly executed!

Carly is a wonderful server and the food as always was fantastic.
They didn't have cabernet or merlot wine on a Saturday night....poor planning, squeezed 7 ppl in at a table for 4, and I made reservations. Made the best of it, we were celebrating my daughter finding her wedding dress

Pretty mixed here , likely won't be back , waitress was excellent, server that brought food not so much , first apps ,dropped plate on table and quickly walked away , we had no plates, when the food was brought out she was holding the scampi plate at an angle and sauce was dripping on the ground, again she loudly dropped both plates on table and was gone before I could ask for silverware. No plates for app no silverware for dinner.
Stuffed haddock was good , stems were still on the green beans , scampi was just ok , nothing stood out flavor wise and the sauce was thin , watery ..
We also didn't receive our drinks until after the dinner plates were served. Same with water , appetizer was eaten without a beverage.
Views beautiful, but that's about all that was enjoyable.
