Today after church my whole family came over for lunch before they had to go to their jobs, and other activities. I ordered 3 extra large pizzas from Piezoni’s through DoorDash and was given a delivery time of 45 minutes… 2 hours later the three cold pizzas arrived after my family had to leave! When I contacted Piezoni’s they informed me that I was not their customer I was a DoorDash customer and I would have to contact DoorDash… So, I contacted DoorDash and was told that Piezoni’s received the payment through their website so I would have to contact Piezoni’s, after contacting each of them three times I have come to realize that I am out of options and will not be refunded my money. Both companies are at fault here and neither will take responsibility for it. I think the worst part is that they will not work together to resolve this issue but instead put the onus on me, it seems they worked well together to take my money though! They make their profits off of poor folks with their dishonest business practices!!!

Love the pizza and food, but hate that now there's a new girl there who doesn't follow the daily deals theres suppose to be a 20% discount on carry out orders I've ordered here many times and have gotten the discount but now all of the sudden the new girl wanna not do her job not cool. It's false advertising at this point especially when you say oh try the website and it still doesn't work. When it didn't work online they use to honor the discount when you came to pick up the food. Otherwise i would've given 5 stars. Just annoying tbh.

This place takes care of their customers, they made me another pizza no charge when my wife ordered the pizza wrong. The guy saw me looking at it outside and he came out of his way to come out and asked me if there was a problem which he wanted to fix even though it was our mistake. There's not many small businesses that go the extra mile like this place does not to mention how the food is amazing I drive across the city to go here when we want take out. I've tried everything on the menu too you can't go wrong. Thank you piezonis

Order my food to go thru app. Got called was told being delivered by DoorDash. Told Piezoni’s worker over the phone make sure to tell them to call me etc! My food was left at the bottom of the driveway which I didn’t know until I checked. Called piezonis and told them the issue which was dismissed to DoorDash and was told we can’t control what the drivers do etc. I spend Atleast 200$ a month at this location. Will never order from this place due to lack of customer service from their workers!

Worst customer service ever! Both by clerk taking orders and manager himself. After returning my almost raw pizza and asking to speak with the manager to complain, I was told he was too busy to speak with me. I thought that was what a good manager does... listen to your customers!!
