Ordered two gluten free pizzas and two large pizzas. Called at 5:12pm got food at 6:20pm. Pizza was cold and poorly proportioned with cheese and sauce.

This place takes care of their customers, they made me another pizza no charge when my wife ordered the pizza wrong. The guy saw me looking at it outside and he came out of his way to come out and asked me if there was a problem which he wanted to fix even though it was our mistake. There's not many small businesses that go the extra mile like this place does not to mention how the food is amazing I drive across the city to go here when we want take out. I've tried everything on the menu too you can't go wrong. Thank you piezonis

Order my food to go thru app. Got called was told being delivered by DoorDash. Told Piezoni’s worker over the phone make sure to tell them to call me etc! My food was left at the bottom of the driveway which I didn’t know until I checked. Called piezonis and told them the issue which was dismissed to DoorDash and was told we can’t control what the drivers do etc. I spend Atleast 200$ a month at this location. Will never order from this place due to lack of customer service from their workers!

Worst customer service ever! Both by clerk taking orders and manager himself. After returning my almost raw pizza and asking to speak with the manager to complain, I was told he was too busy to speak with me. I thought that was what a good manager does... listen to your customers!!

I know it's a franchise but their extra large pepperoni pizza daily special for $13 bucks can't be beat. Also for a franchise, they sure use good ingredients. The manager in Fall River is Aces also!

Their mixed greens pizza is amazing but I always add banana peppers and substitute the Greek dressing on top for italian and it's amazing I got it 2 days ago with a different pizza and buffalo tenders it was good but I asked for ranch and blue cheese and extra buffalo sauce on side and didn't get anything but blue cheese and the tenders were soggy but other then that love them

I am VERY impressed with my pick up order tonight. I called 20 minutes before closing and they were more than willing to still make my order with no issues. I showed up at 9;05 and they still had the doors open waiting for me to pick it up. The workers were great and very pleasant. I recommend everyone to definitely try it out !!!Kid-friendliness: They have tables set for families with children and make sure the children are comfortable and happy.Wheelchair accessibility: They have spots right in front of the door for people whom need it.Dietary restrictions: Their menu is perfect for ANYONE who's in the mood for something delicious. Vide variety for everyone.

My wife really enjoys their mozzarella sticks and the ultimate cheese fries. I've tried their other selections: pizza, subs, wings. I'm sorry to say though their other selections were not good. And for the price of their mozzarella sticks and ultimate cheese fries at $10+ per order, I would expect to be wowed but I was not. I will still order from here literally just for my wife but to me personally, it's not worth the money or the trip out to pick it up. Sorry Piezoni's you're not worth my hard-earned money.

This place took over 2 hours to deliver my order and on top of that the lady that answered the call was extremely rude. I called her and she was like “the driver is already on the way do you want me to cancel it” and I said “why would you cancel it if the driver is already on the way? “ This is unacceptable.
