Extremely kind staff, and they went out of their way for me when they really didnt have to. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in recent memory. I will definitely be back in the future!

I bought 10 tavern style pizzas the girl there burned all 10 they were hard pucks by the time i got home i tried one piece it was hard as a rock cheeze burned like plastic

Pizza Hut as a brand is trash. I’m surprised they’re still open. They do not care. Bottom of the barrel for pizza service Dominos isn’t much better, at least Papa Gino’s is. Do better, or it’s a matter of time before this company goes under. But again, they don’t care. All about making the next buck, which I understand. Quality is important, and they do not meet the standards to other Pizza shops.

My husband picked up our takeout order. The did original crust instead of pan crust. It tasted like absolute garbage. When he tried calling he was transferred to the store from the call center. Tried 3 times and no one picked up. So he went back to the store (it’s 40 minutes of driving to and from). They insisted it was pan crust & only the call center took calls. Never again. Picture left remade pizza (pan) right incorrect pizza (traditional).

I don't recommend buying sticks. They trick you with the cheese sticks. They sell you the regular 10-pack for $8.99, then cut them in half and tell you they're 20-packs for $14.29.

If I could give zero stars I would. Company goes through door dash for there delivery option at this location. I hope you like your food cold, missing stuff, and atleast an hours wait past the time you were given cause that's what you'll get if you order delivery from this store.

I've always loved pizza hut even after working with them for 15 years. Still great pizza and decent service too. Prices could be a little more affordable with maybe a certain couple of items. But still great.
I ordered the baked chicken alfredo pasta and a large pepperoni pizza. I received a cold pie, and overcooked pasta drowning in rotten, smelly old cheese, dishwater and balsamic vinaigrette. Customer service was abysmal. Never again.
