Pizza was fine, but the double order of bread sticks would have been so much better if they actually had the Parmesan cheese etc on them. They were plain, nothing on them at all. ?

I ordered fries and they put a lot of ketchup packets on top of the fries which is unsanitary. I had to throw them away because they were also soggy. And the pizza was also cold.

I was supposed to receive a delivery order on July 4, and it never got delivered as a result of the delivery driver getting into an accident, which I felt bad about. A kind employee called to tell me she would give me a refund. I waited a few days and did not receive the refund. I kept trying to call and the manager said he would call me back, but did not follow through. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I am overly very annoyed that I had to do that. The case is still open. I think they are unprofessional and have substandard food at this location.

Loved this pizza hut, but will no longer be ordering from them. They now use door dash to deliver your order. Simple, right? No, they gave the delivery address as their address, not mine. Last time ordering from here.
