Staff is always either outside or seating in the dining room. Went yesterday at 230 pm and asked for chicken tenders was told no so I left. How are you a chicken place with no chicken prepared. This is the second time this has happened. I'm alset with this place. Your staff is horrible

The service at this place is terrible. The manager Nicole is about as professional as a door knob. She has no manners, rolls her eyes at every request a paying customer makes as if it's our fault she is slinging chicken patties. Don't like your job? Get another! It's the service industry so provide service as you should. It's service like this that walks repeat customers right out the door. I won't be back that's for sure!

As soon I walk in, it took them about 15 minutes just to take our order. It wasn’t that busy at all. At this point either. Then the cashier gave me attitude and I had to bite my tongue. Absolutely rude. Then we were told it’ll be about 6 minutes and waited 45. Every table was disgusting. They had enough staff members to allow one to go into the lobby to clean up. Finally we got our food and my boyfriend’s and my chicken sandwich was ALL bread. I also never seen such fluorescent yellow on my chicken sandwich before. About 10 hours later I wake up in the middle of my sleep will horrible chills and stomach cramps then head to run to the bathroom because I was sick. No doubt that I got food poisoning AGAIN. Third times NOT a charm. First two times my chicken was pink and cold then this last time I figured I try it again thinking after 2 years it’ll be better and my boyfriend wanted to try it. NOPE. I will never eat at a Popeyes again. Like someone already wrote, if you want want some good chicken go to KFC or Chick-fil-A. Good luck to anyone who even steps food inside this one you’ll be lucky to get your food by the time it closes.

It's too bad this Popeyes location (Fall River) just can't seem to get orders right. Every time we order either online or in the restaurant, items are missing or wrong. When ordering online using Doordash within the Popeyes app, the driver always calls us saying they don't have certain items, after I've already ordered and paid, and sometimes an hour goes by. The restaurant can't cancel or refund the order without the customer reaching out to their corporate support online. Not their fault, but still sucks when they don't have any of the type of chicken we ordered. Manager is always apologetic when I'm there and just drove about 15 miles to find out they don't have any of the chicken or sides I ordered. And this happens just about every time. Too bad, because my kids love that Popeyes! ???
We have ordered late night food from this location tonight and it was honestly the worse type of service we got.Let me just start by saying that the evening/night staffs on the 21st of February 2024 were incompetent & gave a poor impression.We waited an hour for our order to be ready. Not only that, but the staffs didn’t even give us our correct order. They gave us original burgers when we ordered spicy cheese burger. We didn’t receive our Cajun fries nor did we get the side sauces. We also got 2 out of 4 biscuits. Both of our wings were the wrong flavours. We have contacted customer service and the only thing they did was refund 8$ out of 35$. They basically messed up our entire order.Do yourself a favour and eat/order elsewhere.
Food is excellent.However, my wait time in there was a bit much. Looked like they had plenty of staff working. So, not sure what the problem was. Something just seemed very off at this location. Probably won't go back inside. Mabye order online next time.

Oh, I feel bad for that kid because he’s got some idiot arguing with him, putting him in fear for his life so he defends himself using one of the kitchen implements.A metal tray is not anything dangerous, and the guy that got hit in the head with it is lucky that’s all he threw it at him.That kid could’ve thrown hot oil on him.Years ago a Chinese cook at Ming Garden in Nashua threw a whole pot of boiling oil on another Chinese guy in the kitchen. He burned that guy so bad. But he got off because he escaped back to China, and they never found him.Yeah, that kid is very lucky.

Customer service here is always sub-par. Waiting in line for 10-15 minutes, waiting longer for the food itself. I don’t know if it’s a management issue or just a staffing problem, but it’s unfortunate because I enjoy PopEyes. This location needs work, man.
