We had the fried ravioli for an appetizer. For our meal we had lasagna & chicken parmesan. All the food was excellent

Great meal,atmosphere and wait staff. Only thing, the appetizer we ordered was an Italian tower. Though it was very tasty, it was cold. The fried ravioli was overcooked and hard. The wings tasted great, but again they where cold. That's the only thing they could've done better.

Food is good and the atmosphere is very charming. Most of the staff were very polite and made me feel welcome. However the Mixer Event on Valentine's Day was an absolute joke and completely soured the entire experience for me. It was supposed to start at 8 o'clock but there was a delay. No worries, things happen. I ask around 8:30 or so. Still not ready. I ask around 9, same thing. Apparently there were people who had reservations so they couldn't set things up yet. By the time 9:30 rolls around I was frustrated and it was clear that they were just kind of whatever about the whole thing.
At least one member of the staff did not even know what the event was and tried to make me feel like I was the problem because of my expectations. I was told that it wasn't ready an hour after the event was supposed to start. Next time manage your event better.
However, if you're not going for any of the events they offer? Solid place to grab a bite. Food is a bit pricey but the portions, quality, and decent staff make it more than worth it. Special shout out to the bar tender who worked that day, you were very nice and did a great job!

Didnt get to eat left after standing at front entrance while waitress was on her phone at bar. Then was stared at the whole time i was sitting down as if I wasnt welcome. Waitress never asked for drinks after a few decided to leave while again being glared at rudely. I wanted to try th food as i e heard good things but the atmosphere and service could definitely use a lift. Respectfully
5star cuisine. The kindest servers with that are knowledgeable about the menu and drinks and the atmosphere is both cozy and enchanting with live music.

Pros: Extensive menu options. Pizza was decent, nice tang to the sauce. Shrimp was good. Ordered take-out and food was ready on time.
Cons: Portions were incredibly small for the pricing. Pasta was a bit bland. Grilled Chicken for Alfredo was burnt and tasted very burnt to the taste. Ordered Caprese Prosciutto Salad with Bread bowl, Prosciutto was a bit tough and didn't get it in the bread bowl though I was still charged for it.

The atmosphere is always great. The staff is super polite and service is impressively fast despite being busy. The food has been pretty good in all my experience. I've had their meatballs, chicken parmesan, fries, pizza, and salads. I love that they started offering complementary focaccia, it was delicious! Their portions are pretty good too. The only time I wasn't satisfied was my espresso was warm instead of hot and one time the creme brulee was soup-y.
