I have been going to Sam’s for years. Last week, when I walked in the owner, Dora, was extremely rude as I tried to figure out what I wanted to purchase. As I was trying to decide what to order she stated, “I’m done, Goodbye.” And walked to the back. If that is how you treat your customers maybe it’s time to shut the doors. So disappointing, I will never return.
